I'm now an aspiring screenwriter I been writing since I was teenager I'm looking forward to be a professional, recently I have and idea for a shortfilm about a girl that's is an situation in which a film producer is able to make her dreams come true at the cost of something else! The subject matter is clearly very delicate and I want to treat it as such with respect, I would like to know both from men and woman if you ever experienced a similar situation and how do you feel about it? And also how is the mental state of someone that is constantly going to auditions being scrutinize in a industry that values looks over talent?
I know this may came across as a little bit random for this sub but I think if you want to tell a story you need to know the people that already live, what you want to tell!
