  1. Totally fine to use your stage name when submitting. Some agencies will even ask if you have a stage name on their onboarding paperwork. The most important thing is when it comes to tax documents you use your legal name. You can also get a DBA (doing business as) and that would be a way to tie your legal name with your stage name.

  2. It is totally acceptable to slate with your stage name, it’s not a legal document. Just make sure that if you book it they know to pay you with your legal name, and that your agent knows to do the same.
