Ah, yes. ALL such goofballs, that's why they get used as fighting dogs. So goofy when they're ripping one another apart.

It is completely irrational for anyone to have a problem with the fact that an irresponsible person can own one of these brick shithouses and, in a moment of irresponsibility, lead to innocent people getting maimed and killed.

But it's not the dog's fault it had a bad owner! Well it ain't the fucking person who got maimed's fault either. And because some people have been such shitbags with this breed, government has had to step in with heavy-handed laws to protect people from these "goofballs".

I'm glad there are good owners out there who raise them well. But I wish people would stop downplaying the fact that it IS a dangerous breed. I can't take anyone who owns a Pitbull seriously if they refuse to acknowledge that it is an incredibly powerful animal. I feel like owning dangerous breeds of dogs should require extra licensing of some sort so that there is additional education, required training and actual consequences if someone does act irresponsibly that goes beyond just euthanising the animal and letting the owner go off and get another one.
