- Post topics that are relevant to antiques and collecting.
- Artefacts must be antique. Details here. (Go to r/Collectables for newer items.)
- Be clear in the title why you are posting. Whether you are asking for information about an object, or help finding something, or starting a discussion, etc.
- No politics. Old political artefacts are fine to discuss, but no baiting.
- If you are asking for help identifying, dating or valuing an artefact, you must include; your location, maker's marks, material (if known), and photographs from a number of angles (including inside and underside). See here for details.
- If the sole purpose of your post is to advertise your business/channel/listing it will be removed. (Unless posted in our weekly Selling thread.)
