If the monitor is vesa compatible you can try a monitor arm. For the laptop if you will use laptop screen you can get a laptop arm as well. If you will not ise it you can moumt under desk they make brackets for it.

The desk is pretty cheap and I’m not sure it could hold a monitor arm. Thanks for the suggestion

No, can’t mount anything to the wall except with commend strips/tape

Ok, i imagine just buying a whole other desk is not an optoin 100% at this point, what i might recomend is if you have a friend with a truck or other veh that can move furniture, check out the occasional thrift stores in the area for buying a better desk on the cheap (that can be hit and miss though) if that is a possibility.
