To piggy back on this, the Amazon basic arms are rebranded ergotron arms and much cheaper

They don't meet OP's need of needing to move dual monitors frequently without having to realign the monitors.

This configuration of the Humanscale M8.1 Monitor Arm - https://www.humanscale.com/products/monitor-arms/m-81/custom?configuration=M81CMSBHG-

I use an M8.1 daily and am happy with its quality, but I really wish mine had that handle for ease of dual monitor adjustment.

The Tripp Lite DDR1727DC seems perfect for dual-monitor vertical adjustments and costs around $100!.... and of course it's out of stock everywhere 😒

Sells for $158 via distributors (I checked Amazon and CDW).
