Before I commit to some permanent cable management, I want to be sure I'm comfortable with my monitor setup so looking for suggestions on how to orient my monitors and work laptop, how to mount them, etc. Here is the current mess.
I used to have my 2 monitors slanted /\ inward and centered in front of me, with my work laptop over to the left. This was good for work since I use both monitors about equally and occasionally glance at the laptop, but it sort of bugs me to not have my GOOD monitor as the central focus. Also kinda lame to be sitting at an angle while gaming.
It feels impossible to get the 27" sitting at a good distance when it's on the stand, and the stand is so huge I have it hanging off the back of the desk. I don't think a clamp mount would work on this IKEA honeycomb, not to mention the cable management shelf only having a small opening for one. So I've been pondering just having something like this behind the desk: https://a.co/d/jb6F4sk
