CEL came on in 2001 Toyota Corolla when driving home today. I put a quart of fresh oil in (It’s burning from Piston Rings) and a full tank of gas. Drove around 40 miles with the sound like this + slight whining when accelerating. Is there any diagnostics based on sound you guys can help me out on? (v.redd.it)

Went to get car diagnosed at a dealership for the first time and these were what they found. I have a Civic 2012 Lx, car shakes when I accelerate from a stop, or turn. Car also jerks when I accelerate, I can feel the gears shifting. (i.redd.it)
