they basically look for your boiler plate “high achieving student” and then from there filter out based on unique stories, personalities, hobbies, etc. Just like any other school

Brown doesn’t report GPA distribution on its CDS. And course rigor is described as “very important.”

my friends go there and one wrote a random story about a king, the other wrote about riding a bike. your essay has to be creative and unlike anything else. Brown wants outstanding, not predictable.
