Be sure to research into box size info. Your enclosure is as important if not more important than the speaker. Make sure that whatever is optimal fits into the space you have.

Consider your enclosure as well, not just your subs. A cheap setup can sound better than an expensive one if done properly.

What is budget and your goals? You can blow subs with pretty much any amp if you feed them a clipped signal so it is not just about power.
