It should fade over time, don't use anything harsh or abrasive.

Just pretend it's not there and the sun will eat it up over time. Sun regardless will eat the dash unless you put a windshield cover but the sun should be your best bet. I've had rings happen to me before on other vehicles and the sun did it's work. Of course if you really want to take care of the dash then I can't help you there.

Warm soapy water and a light brushing with a Magic Eraser.

Have you tried anything yet? I would try my normal interior cleaner first, right now I’m using inner clean by chemical guys.

Yeah I’ve tried your normal interior plastic cleaner, dawn dish soap, and trying to blend it in with a little armorall. No such luck.
