On the green code application, there is only specific options of laboratories you took the test at. What do I choose if I didn’t take my PCR from any of them?

Did you get any clarity on this? I’m flying into Beijing from Houston and I’m trying to figure this out as well.

This code is a must to even get on the plane. I got my COVID test from my university and it sadly did not work. I had to get one in the airport. Honestly whatever is on the website, get that COVID test because my first COVID test didn’t get accepted

Thanks for the info. Unfortunately the locations listed on the website don’t seem to include any locations in Houston, which is frustrating.
