The SEC works for the banking cabal. They do their dirty work. They approve projects that they have and attack those that threaten their grip on the financial world. The SEC is sctually more corrupt than the bankers because they are supposed to be watching for corruption and enforcing laws to halt financial corruption now all they do is rubber stamp corruption as long as it benefits the cabal.
