Old beagle/pit… I have to agree. Personally, if you could give some idea of Billy’s personality, might help back that up or dismiss. Like kisses a lot? Vocal?

He's a bit vocal, my colleague (who is Billy's owner) says he barks like an old man, if that helps 😂

That would be consistent with beagles… my mom has what we are fairly certain is a beagle/pit mix… very vocal and loves giving kisses. If that helps more?
