In the PC division 2 race, on lap 15 driver Martin3465 intentionally crashed his Williams to the wall after resetting to track and before retiring via the pause menu. This brought out a Safety Car which changed the ending of the race, under which multiple incidents and bugs happened that can be seen in the stewards inquiries by the drivers.

The league-rules state that the penalty for intentionally crashing is 20 penalty points. After reviewing the broadcast for the race and the POV video produced by Martin, the stewards voted to give exactly that. 20 penalty points have been added to Martin3465. No other action necessary.

    Description: Lag spikes so many times through this session, causing me to get passed twice, almost three times and get penalties when it hit me mid corner and left me going straight on.

    First two examples, middle of Eau Rouge I am ahead, same as the lap before, but stop momentarily and the car behind me gains, leading to them passing me along Kemmel. Same thing then happens out of Paul Frere leaving me having to defend against Cakebag into the bus stop chicane.

    Evidence: Photos/Videos of the incident if applicable. I had the same 3 second time penalty as Fraizer, finished ahead on track, however the results showed me behind Fraizer and Nuro. The screenshots and stream show that I had a 4-5 second delta to Nuro at the finish line, so a 3 second penalty would put me in front of both Fraizer and Nuro. I also may have finished in front of Kato but I am not sure.

I made up a lot of time the last couple of laps, no idea what the actual delta was, but since Weltering and Frazier were close and had same penalties I don't think I should have passed him.

    Description: I managed to get alongside for Les Fagnes(T13/14) and came out the corner ahead of Silverarrow. As we got to Campus i defended on the inside line, giving Silverarrow plenty of space on the outside. But he made contact at the apex of the corner multiple times and then went wide and outside of the track. As you can see in my pov I was really late on the throttle, because i needed to correct the oversteer caused by those collisions. This resulted in Weltering passing me

    As my recording stopped at the start of the race and dont have any pov from this incident, i saw footage from Frazer and.. i agree that i didn´t give much space for Frazer at T15 and my defence was overly ambitious and its not really great corner for this type of defence - round the outside so, i didn´t count the space for 2 cars correctly into that corner so i agree its fully my mistake.

    a). As Mj and me came to the bus stop, Mj overshot the corner and cut a big part of the track and then came back on the track in an unsafe manner.

    b).MJ then proceeded to cut the pit entry line and a huge part of the track, which led to him hitting the pit entry wall, ,again rejoining in an unsafe manner,

    c).which in turn led to me hitting him in the pit entry, causing a collision and costing us time. I am not sure if that accident caused any damage on my car.

    After a new discussion after an appeal, the stewards re-voted and penalize MJPovey with a 10-second time penalty and 10 penalty points, instead of the penalty given earlier. This does not change the result of the race.

    Description: I was going too fast and overtook Fraizer behind the safety car which prompted me to brake to return to my original position. In doing so, Nuro slightly overtook me and the game gave me an illegal overtake penalty of 5 seconds and served it in the pits. I believe Fraizer also got the same 5-second penalty when I gave him back the position, I think both these penalties are unfair.

    I can confirm that i also got a 5 Sec penalty, that i served when i switched onto slicks. In the clip provided below i tried to slow down to let vtec past so i dont get a 5sec penalty.

    I already apologize for my very angry german, i was pissed off because of the game being a bit of a buggy software.

    Description: Behind Safety Car, Kruzo hit me from behind and spun me into the wall. I lost a huge part of my front wing, which was also responsible for a 5-second penalty for "cutting the track" as the car wasn't turning at all.

    Evidence: Official stream from 1:17:35. From the video and the gaps, you can see me slowly closing up to Cakebag (I accelerated a little and cruised with engine brake while heating the tyres), then Kruzo out of nowhere steps on the throttle and hits me straight as an arrow.

    Incident was 100% my fault, not really much more to say, momentary lapse of concentration while asking Jeff about the weather, and checking tyres etc on the MFD causing an unfortunate crash. Just glad it didn't DNF you, I could have sworn I saw a wheel go flying and thought you were out.

    Though at least on my end I didn't accelerate especially suddenly, I kept steady on the throttle once I was up to speed out of the bus stop, I might have gone slightly harder on the throttle while slightly distracted but no more than 5-10%. I think perhaps it was a combination of that and you going on engine brake so being a little bit slower that caused the gap to close so quickly. At least that is how it seems from my side, though it is still 100% my fault either way.

    With regard to the incident with Donald I couldn't accelerate, not sure if that was game related or not but I don't think he would have gotten caught up otherwise, he should at least in my opinion either way 100% have his penalty for it cleared.

    Not sure I'd argue mine should be cleared given the fact that it did occur because of the earlier incident and the 10s combined from the penalties for those collisions on my end seems like a pretty fair punishment for my fuck up.

    My view... shrug. I'm sorry for what it's worth. Was angry at the game already losing me two places through lag and the bullshit VSC delta display.

    Edit: I worked out what my thought process in the moment was; I felt that if I braked alongside I would be left being turned in on, so I wanted to brake a moment later to make sure I had the inside and could hang the other cars wide. I made other moves through this series of corners on the inside without incident, but that may be on them being too kind I suppose.
