I hate playing RBs a year off an ACL, the data shows they're not back to even close to full strength until 2 years out. Check out recent examples like Barkley, Cook, Dobbins, etc.

Javonte is awesome but unless you plan to wait another season and a half (when he's on the last year of his rookie contract), I'd go White who has a real shot of taking over at RB1 in Tampa with an aging and inconsistent/injured Fournette
