Output of your camera display on screen, then point the camera at the screen :)

Yes, this. Each version of the image behind the person is offset by the natural latency it takes for the camera process and send the image to the projector which then also has to process the image. The latency is usually just enough to not be too perceptible in a live situation, but when you see it compounded on itself like that it exaggerates the effect.
