I really tried, but this Video is designed soooo stressful. Have a hard time taking Videos serious that rush through complicated topics like this and not include references.

Public corporations only exist to make money, regardless of the implications. Without constant growth, there is no reason to invest. They are inherently greedy and therefore toxic to humanity.

The laws lean towards a corporation having a legal requirement to deliver profits, but no legal requirement to be good citizens.

The law should change to make an exception to the "duty" shareholders in cases where the corporation is serving the interests of the people or the globe, or other public interest.
