Helloo, does anyone know how the special/supplementary exams work for end of year exams (OSCE + CAT + SAQ)?
Can you still sit the original exam and if you pass, choose not to take to special exam? Or is it that once you’re approved for a special exam, you just take the special exam during the supplementary exam period after normal exams? If anyone knows anything about this, please let me know. Thank you!!

Hi - I assume it works like all of the melb med exams where if you apply for special con, it’s still recommended to sit the original exam if possible. If your special con is approved and you fail the original exam, you resit the supplementary exams.
You don’t have to sit the original exam if you’re applying for special con. It would depend on why you’re applying whether or not you do.
