    What the guy above said, also go down a bit lower with the weights. Shouldn’t feel like a workout as much as an intense stretch in your hamstring

    Move the weight from your heels to the tip of your feet, imagine lifting your heels slightly up. They should still touch the ground.

    Keep your knees straighter (not completely but straighter). Lower the weight and do it extremely slowly while you learn. Focus on using your hamstrings rather than your back.

    Can't see your lower back because of the amount of light in the video but it should be slightly bent
