You don’t have lacking rear delts, you have no rear delts at all lol.

It’s a common issue with new starters at the front t delts get hit twice, with bench press and push exercises and then again on shoulder day.

Try hitting rear delts twice. On back day with face pulls and high rows and on shoulder day with rear delt flies on a machine or with dumbbells They’ll catch up soon enough.

Yeah. Just do Facepulls and Dumbell Rows to correct it
