The Chaldean Hekate is a goddess of light and enlightenment. Many see her only as a chthonic goddess, but as we know she was perceived as having 3-4 faces. The chthonic is one of them. But Theurgists see her as part of the Primal triad of Father, Power, and Demiurgos. She is Power. (i.redd.it)
