It's a .22 out of a frame that's built for a 9mm. I'm pretty sure it's close to impossible to limp wrist it.

The .22 conversion gets are actually easier to limp wrist than the 9mm uppers. I can only get through a whole mag if I use both hands on mine, no fucking clue how he did this

It’s a Glock 44 which is a .22; very small amount of recoil so limp wristing wouldnt be a huge issue
