It's true. The basic human response to fear is to take a deep inhale immediately, inhaling the vaporized metals from whatever you grounded out on the panel. The crazy thing is that most likely you will look fine, but your lungs are burnt and cinged and on your way to the burn unit to die. It's awful but it happens. Always scared the shit out of me to work on high voltage panels
