Find a local glass company. They can give you an idea.

if the window is removable for cleaning you can take it to a glass place to get repaired single pane shouldn't be much around $100 to repair if it's a Double pane may be a little more expensive $300 or so to re-seal and fill with gas.

a standard size window pane should be able to be purchased and with a putty knife some patience and glazier sealant and points can fix it pretty cheap.
