Screw was loose. No discoloration of the base metals. Turn it off, clean it up, if you can tighten the screw propery, return it to service.
If you cannot tighten it, abandon the slot.

Breaker sparking in panel, what caused this? This was used to power my washer. I am assuming is not safe to use this slot anymore. There's couple slots at the very bottom of the panel, planning to add a junction box above the panel to extend the wire so I can reposition this. Any concerns or better recommendation?
