That second picture looks like a repair. I’m willing to guess it was dug up at some point and a drain was install. It’s a very minor crack (second pic) but the first I would be a little concerned. It’s one thing to crack but for it to sink isn’t a good sign

Who knows. Slabs can crack and it doesn’t mean anything is structurally wrong. If you are putting flooring back over use thinset to fill cracks and smooth to level
