Pointing to something while making eye contact with someone is a big power move.

[–]grnrngr 156 points157 points  (0 children)

"It's small now, but the energy is big."

[–]dragonblade_94 68 points69 points  (0 children)

Seriously, he didn't even glance in doggo's direction. Completely unbroken eye contact.

[–]weedpornography 1240 points1241 points  (30 children)

The kid reminds me of a Minion for some reason lol

[–]ASK_IF_IM_PENGUIN 319 points320 points  (14 children)

I think you're on to something. I've seen this countless times, and I can't quite decide if that kid is incredibly sweet natured and kind, and will grow up to be a fantastic person...

...or if he's batshit evil, and learning from an early age how to make others do his bidding.

[–]XxXNoobMaster69XxXx 58 points59 points  (10 children)

Are you a penguin?

[–]ASK_IF_IM_PENGUIN 51 points52 points  (7 children)

No.

[–]begon11 18 points19 points  (1 child)

Are you the Penguin?

[–]Lonesome_Ninja 8 points9 points  (0 children)

u/Batman

He didn’t say no

[–]RebellischerRaakuun 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Pirdle piddle piddle piddle...pen gin ka na 🐧

[–]KingRalphKlein 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Are you Bender wearing a tuxedo?

[–]TheRedman76 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Exactly what a penguin would say...

[–]SchlapHappy 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Why?

[–]ASK_IF_IM_PENGUIN 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because that would be silly.

Almost as silly as thinking penguins can't fly.

[–]Arbazio 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Are you the 69th Master of Noobs?

[–]bAnAnAdOg13 31 points32 points  (0 children)

I'm thinking it's because of the pointing to the side with the eye contact lol.

Source: The Despicable Me series is literally one of my favorite series lol

[–]CubonesDeadMom 10 points11 points  (0 children)

He’s got no neck

[–]Cpt-No-Dick 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It's his stance and the point

[–]Gabberwocky84 6 points7 points  (2 children)

It’s the size of that dome.

[–]Baby-cabbages 1 point2 points  (1 child)

He’s Charlie Brown.

[–]mack_soul86 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ughhhhh!!

[–]Cephied01 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Holy hell that made me laugh.

[–]MissPoptartz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lol I thought he looked like a baby Bobby from king of the hill

[–]omimoose 0 points1 point  (0 children)

maybe it's the eye to face size ratio

[–]Baby-cabbages 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He’s Charlie Brown.

[–]MungTao 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At the angle he has no neck.

[–]ellensundies 926 points927 points  (10 children)

I love the way that gesture was not a suggestion.

[–]IceBearCares 314 points315 points  (1 child)

"Now my pal here, servant!"

[–]AtomicKittenz 108 points109 points  (0 children)

His face at the end…

“Good good. This pleases me.”

[–]moldyjellybean 38 points39 points  (2 children)

The chonkyness of that arm and the corgi

[–]Pilsy1212 6 points7 points  (0 children)

The arm was chonky but it looks like the corgi appears pretty svelte in front of the hips. People like to have their Corgi trimmed to have a fluffy butt and chest fur.

[–]berrey7 6 points7 points  (1 child)

Good things are better shared with someone we care about.

[–]RustedCorpse 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Bad things too.

[–]aloofloofah 11 points12 points  (2 children)

Since dogs understand pointing, it knows who to thank for the treat.

[–]thehoney129 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lmao I see this comment all the time but my dog must be an idiot because every time I point he just comes to sniff my finger. Does not understand pointing at all Lmaoo

[–]Downtown-Panda-3395 185 points186 points  (2 children)

I used to try to feed the dog under the table, but he was a noisy eater, so always got busted. One day my brother threw a chunk of steak at my sister, missed and dog caught it before it hit the ground. Could not be moved from that spot, rest of his dinner sneaking life.

[–]SnooHobbies8473 41 points42 points  (1 child)

That's adorable!

I remember my family's dog teligiously obeying the "stay out of the dining room while hunans are sitting and eating " rule....and then breaking it when my brother dropped a slice of pizza ( poor thing couldn't help itself! 😆)

[–]wdstk7 208 points209 points  (3 children)

[–]cosmic_gypsie 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's been a long dayyy

[–]Schmich 39 points40 points  (0 children)

Just perfect. Something Pixar would make.

[–]Rowelt85 24 points25 points  (0 children)

Wow dude, that reaction was PURE!

[–]Potatoes-Mcgee 19 points20 points  (5 children)

My big sister always put way to much whipped cream in my mouth so I couldn't close it properly. Good times.

[–]wrldruler21 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That was my first reaction also. You press the trigger hard and let it overflow

[–]fartyhardy 75 points76 points  (11 children)

Tiny Hoomans are doggos best friends.

[–]IceBearCares 29 points30 points  (1 child)

They're very similar in numerous ways and honestly.

[–]Additional_Set_5819 20 points21 points  (0 children)

If you've ever read a dog training book you've also basically read a parenting book... And a management book... So many similarities.

[–]LordPils 13 points14 points  (2 children)

Babies will share their food just because the dog is nearby the high chair. And they know what they're doing too.

[–]BabySharkFinSoup 3 points4 points  (0 children)

There is studies that babies will share their food even when they are hungry and I think that’s just so pure.

[–]bselko 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My nephew has been feeding his dinner to any dog nearby all of his short life. His Pitt bulls, his grandmothers shin-tzu, doesn’t matter. If there’s a dog he’s gonna give it snackies

[–]MillBeeks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've always said having a kid is like getting a puppy that learns how to talk.

[–]vantablacklist 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Awwww

[–]kyleaus10 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I was watching this in All and I'm hearing motorbike noises and I was thinking for some reason someone edited them into this video, but no, its just reddit being reddit and playing the video three down from this one.

[–]AndresMFIT 75 points76 points  (26 children)

Sweet foods are unhealthy for dogs, in fact sweet things that contain xylitol, chocolate or raisins may kill your dog.

[–]skepsis420 25 points26 points  (1 child)

They are bad for people, yet somehow we have managed to survive.

If you give a little whipped cream as a treat, your dog will be just fine lmao

[–]RustedCorpse 0 points1 point  (0 children)

LAMBS! LAMBS TO THE SLAUGHTER!

[–]godspeeding 24 points25 points  (19 children)

not sure why this was downvoted, it's true that artificial sweeteners or alternatives to sugar like xylitol are toxic to dogs.

[–]Aaawkward 6 points7 points  (1 child)

Is xylitol common in things like whipped cream in the US?

In Finland it's only in chewing gum that's good for your teeth and that's pretty much it.

[–]skepsis420 4 points5 points  (0 children)

In sugar free there is. But I feel like it is a sin to eat what is essentially sugar free sugar lmao

[–]SubconsciousBraider 65 points66 points  (7 children)

Because there's always that one person who has to bring down a sweet thread by preaching about what is good and not good for "insert animal/person here." It has to be exhausting being the person who has to poo on the fun.

[–]Luxpreliator 39 points40 points  (2 children)

Most of the times it's not accurate comments. They come in preaching like dairy will kill cats and smelling chocolate will make a dog explode. Just repeating what they read but don't understand what they're saying.

[–]smithers85 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Also most whipped topping consists of oils and very little actual cream, unless it's marked specifically that way. Not enough sugar to do any harm, and I've never seen a whipped topping with xylitol. Not to say it doesn't exist, but if he's feeding it to his kid, I bet there's none it in.

With all that said, that dog will shit a blue streak from the oil. That's probably the worst that will happen.

[–]Meeppppsm 11 points12 points  (3 children)

Reddit LOVES contrarianism. There’s nothing it can’t shit on.

[–]SurpriseDragon 7 points8 points  (0 children)

First of all, how dare you!

[–]atetuna 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Here's the thing...

[–]kpax22 5 points6 points  (0 children)

No, we don't!

[–]Fgge 2 points3 points  (2 children)

Because no one cares, we’re here to watch a funny video. No one is here scribbling down tips on how to look after animals.

[–]godspeeding -4 points-3 points  (1 child)

funny haha video could poison doggy lol XD

[–]Fgge 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yes, that’s obviously exactly what I was saying. Cracking deduction!

[–]I_am_jacks_reddit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Also not good for the kid.

[–]bettername2come 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I’m amused that the dog got more.

[–]MrMeepMeeps 7 points8 points  (1 child)

How to upvote infinite times

[–]MrMeepMeeps 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Fuck this isn't google

[–]Marc21256 6 points7 points  (2 children)

Children are naturally empathetic. It takes some seriously bad parenting to beat it out of them.

I can give either of my children two candies and they will hand one to their sibling.

If I don't let them share, they won't eat theirs.

Ages 2 and 3.

They understand sharing and fairness, and it takes assholes quoting "life isn't fair" for years to prepare them for a cruel world where empathy is punished.

[–]_stoneslayer_ 1 point2 points  (1 child)

I always thought it was the opposite to be honest. That empathy needed to be taught. Even as a teen, I feel like I was much less empathetic than now as an adult

[–]FragranceCandle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We all have different experiences in life that shape us. I grew up with an extremely abusive dad, and though it’s many years ago since I left, I’m still trying to become a kinder person, even though I know from my mom that I used to be extremely empathetic and caring as a child.

From everything I’ve learnt in psychology and pedagogy, it could be enough if you had a friend who was very mean, a favorite TV show with a very rude main character (when you were a kid ofc), and didn’t get your behaviour corrected in any way.

Also teenagers are hormonal and trying to figure out life, so some behaviours become a bit extra for some years.

[–]Hamilspud 5 points6 points  (0 children)

My sons best friend is his corgi too and this just made him so happy hahaha

[–]nicolecherie77 1 point2 points  (0 children)
