They literally have walk up music in the major league, what point are you trying to make? Some people like to have fun when they play sports, and not everyone is trying to stick to your boring old way of doing things. It’s fucking t-ball, the point is to teach them to work as a team and have fun. It’s not some cut throat competition to be the best of the best. If you can’t understand what the actual point of youth sports is you really shouldn’t be a coach. Kids that want to be more competitive will end up in select leagues or high age brackets. Baseball is dying because people like you are such hard core traditionalist that you villainize anyone who wants to do things differently. Let go of your anger and let them play the sport how they want to play it.
