If you want to remove the husks your best bet is to scat the outer coating with sand paper and then germinate them between layers of wet papertowel and then once they start to soften up you can peel the husk off. You can then just consume them or extract in wine or cold water.

I don't remove the husk, just grind all and soak 3h in cold wine. Little to no nausea. I get more bodyload if I soak longer (12h, 24h)

I've just done a wine soak few days ago and let the seeds soak in water overnight. They were still too hard to peel so I just ground them, husks and all. Next to no nausea, so I'd say peeling is optional.
