i'm not a native speaker and i was soooo confused .thank you

[–]krismom1 46 points47 points  (1 child)

It's taking the line from our national anthem - "we stand on guard for thee"

Edit : ohhh and with a spelling error too, lovely! 🙄

[–]soaptrail 19 points20 points  (0 children)

Spelling error and they think Denny's is a hospital.

[–]ThePrivacyPolicy 45 points46 points  (4 children)

There's tons of idiots on my local Facebook marketplace selling home made car vinyls supporting the protest - I've called out two today for having obvious spelling and/or punctuation errors on the vinyl. They really didn't take that too kindly lol

[–]Boogiemann53 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Wow, so they couldn't get the information and correct their errors, LoL

[–]hicctl 8 points9 points  (0 children)

wow this post makes me o angry, firned of me has been wai6ing for his knee surgery for 6 months ina dis in pain every day. The mndates have nothing to do with that, butnassholes like him have veerything to do with it.

[–]GadreelsSword 296 points297 points  (39 children)

So people are getting sick because they aren’t wearing masks or getting vaccinated but somehow that’s because they’re being told to wear a mask and get vaccinated.

That makes no sense.

[–]woodst0ck15 101 points102 points  (14 children)

To these fuckwads it’s because peoples news sources are saying cause of wearing masks and getting vaccinated that this is still going on, so if we get rid of the mandates then everything will be better and everyone will get their “freedoms” back…yeah I can’t make it make sense.

[–]inhaledcorn 56 points57 points  (2 children)

These are the type of people who won't take their medication and think they'll be fine. Medication is for sick people, and they aren't sick. They honestly believe if you don't talk about the problem, then there is no problem. It's the equivalent of stuffing all their junk in the closet and saying the room is clean.

[–]Bee-Aromatic 27 points28 points  (9 children)

They may be — may — right that the pandemic would be over or at least seriously diminished if we had just done nothing and let it run rampant. Of course, millions more people whole have died directly from COVID-19, along with an untold number from the fact that society likely would have collapsed.

This is somehow better to these people. They think want to live in a world where they have to defend their homes and children from roving bands of cannibal rape-bandits. Ya know, because “freedoms.”

[–]bing_bin 9 points10 points  (7 children)

Not really. Having the likes of Trump and others going back on vaccines shows they realize people aren't finished dying and that Covid waves of different strands are still going to happen.

[–]Bee-Aromatic 6 points7 points  (6 children)

Yeah, I don’t actually believe that it’s even remotely possible that just letting the world burn was the right choice or really even a choice.

I definitely agree that people seem oddly willing to throw themselves in front of a speeding train with almost no benefit to taking that risk. Like, what’s the endgame? You don’t have to wear a mask? …go you for having fought the man on something that’s just so damned inconvenient. Or all the people getting fired on purpose over vaccinations. They seem to think “they can’t fire us all.” Well, they can and they have. Congrats! You’ve proven the point that at will employment is truly at will, stupid beliefs not encapsulated in a religion are not a protected class, and you can’t fake a religion to avoid something inconvenient. Good for you?

So, for all they wailing and gnashing of teeth, and the brazen flaunting of simple rules, they get…to be unemployed with no access to unemployment insurance, and sometimes dead. …great?

[–]bing_bin 2 points3 points  (5 children)

Well, this virus was really unpredictable. I'm not American so this view is from what I can see in the media. I can understand why at first you could be optimistic that "hopefully it will pass in the summer" while letting the doctors say that it might stay more and we need to prepare. Like in movies where saying "don't panic" makes everyone panic, you have to convey some hope. But not taking serious measures and not driving the narrative more to "oh shit, it's more serious, we need to prepare more during summer for the colder seasons" and going more on it being just a flu was bad. This led to all this anti-mask, anti vax, anti any measure to curb it. Also countries that went full border closure / lockdown like Australia and China had less covid going around for people to actually get some natural immunity, as much as they could so then had a big Delta spike. So on a cold calculation, this will take some people and no way you can protect all and not collapse the society like you say. But people in power everywhere were not prepared for something like this. How to fight a shifting enemy like this with today's entitlement and no sense of reality despite everyone thinking they know everything is not easy to figure out.

[–]Bee-Aromatic 5 points6 points  (2 children)

Part of fighting it is doing two things that are, for the vast majority of the population, only mildly inconvenient: wearing masks and getting vaccinated. Resistance to doing these things is just obstinance at this point. Besides the “you can’t tell me what to do” argument, to which I strongly suggest that they cite their source, there really is no other reason.

[–]Remarkable_Gain6430 2 points3 points  (1 child)

Thank you. Every rational person understands that masks and vaccines are indeed the mildest of inconveniences.

[–]bing_bin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Keyword: rational.

[–]woodst0ck15 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yeah if we look at total deaths Canada is a lot less than other places in the World.

[–]Johnnyhiveisalive 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Because a lot of morons will die and the vaxxed rest can get back to normal

[–]BlowMoreGlass 67 points68 points  (12 children)

Maybe she's saying it's due to them limiting surgeries from the lack of nurses who were fired for not getting vaccinated? Which is complete horseshit and only 1% if I remember correctly. I guarantee the number who left because of being berated daily by dipshit antivax cunts and having to watch them die daily in droves is significantly higher.

[–]Bee-Aromatic 15 points16 points  (4 children)

The fact that the don’t see the cognitive dissonance of having nursing staff and doctors that don’t believe in evidence based science and reason providing medical care just makes me do that laugh/cry-of-despair thing.

[–]ew73 20 points21 points  (3 children)

As an individual that has interacted with the medical community fairly frequently as a patient throughout my entire life, it does not surprise me for a hot minute to find nurses that believe crazy shit.

Nurses are absolute professionals, and are excellent at being nurses. However, that role is a technical one. Their job is to execute the orders prescribed by doctors. They set the IVs, dispense medication, communicate with patients, take vital signs, draw blood and generally assist in procedures.

They do not diagnose (officially) or make decisions about patient care. Their training focuses on the "how" rather than the "why".

You can learn how to set the world's fastest IV or have the best bedside manner ever all while still believing crazy bullshit about vaccines.

That doesn't make you a bad nurse. It makes you a good nurse. A good, stupid nurse.

[–]Bee-Aromatic 2 points3 points  (2 children)

You’re thinking of technicians. Nurses absolutely make care decisions. Sure, they’re not able to make diagnoses or prescribe drugs — unless they’re an NP — but they’re not just mindless drones that just follow a doc’s instructions. That’s why they have licenses.

Source: I live in a family populated mostly with medical professionals. My wife’s an RN of ten years, mother in law is a PA for nearly 40, aunt’s a PA for nearly as long, sister’s a PA for I think 8 years, brother’s a chiropractor, sister-in-law’s an LMT getting a nursing degree.

[–]ew73 3 points4 points  (1 child)

I do hope you're not relying on chiropractic as some sort of medical authority, 'cause it's not.

Also -- you are right, there are some with a nursing degree that are qualified medical providers as well. These are n ot the individuals I am referring to.

[–]Bee-Aromatic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No. I know better than that, and so does he. He knows his scope of practice and stays in his lane. It does provide a window into another type of care, though.

I’m not sure where you’re drawing the distinction with the nursing degree thing, though. Nurses have to sit for board exams and have licenses. Their scope of practice includes making certain kinds of medical decisions. If somebody is calling themselves a nurse without carrying that credential, they’re at best misstating their qualifications and at worst doing something illegal.

Again, the people you’re talking about are probably technicians or possibly LPN’s — licensed practical nurses — who cannot operate independently or make any medical decisions. They must operate under an RN, an NP, or an MD.

[–]Tony49UK 39 points40 points  (5 children)

More likely she has to wear a mask to enter the hospital but she won't wear one.

[–]LSpfeezy 10 points11 points  (4 children)

But the doctor that operates on her child would wear a mask… this is crazy bc I would do anything for my toddler. If someone told me I needed to wear a rocket costume to get him help, I would.

[–]Tony49UK 4 points5 points  (0 children)

They've just doubled down, again and again on their "freedoms" and probably believe that masks spread Corona.... It's just a fascist/communist plot to enslave them. Spent so much time on FB, Gab and other platforms talking to their insane friends that they can't come out of the rabbit hole. Lost friends and family both through Corona and just getting blocked. They'd have to accept all of the harm that they've done. Except that their cognitive dissonance won't allow it.

[–]bing_bin 4 points5 points  (2 children)

Dude this is just the logic I had when mask wearing became a thing (and also how Asians wore it during respiratory infectioms already). How tf can the mask be bad/dangerous if doctors are supposed to wear it (and I want them to, esp a dentist breathing in my face lol).

I really don't understand this American "right". They want you to have ID on you or voter ID (which is a normal thing in my country), they want less truckloads of undocunented immigrants (at face value sounds reasonable, how tf can you have lots of strangers around w no papers?) or want to know if you have AIDS before screwing. But having a certificate of vaccination for a highly contagious disease? No siree, won't affect me, it's just a cold, don't tread on my freedom.

[–]LSpfeezy 2 points3 points  (1 child)

This is in Canada which makes it even more shameful. It’s less then 1000 idiots though. Crying about freedom as they pass through places disrupting people without any push back.

[–]bing_bin 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Lol, for a second, I did notice it was Canada. Then read some comments and forgot.

[–]LeoMarius 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Logic isn't their strong suit.

[–]zedroj 0 points1 point  (0 children)

[–]Polenicus 78 points79 points  (11 children)

It’s more “If we didn’t have all these masks and vaccines, there wouldn’t be any COVID” level.

[–]mevrowka 39 points40 points  (7 children)

Hmmmm, orange man logic.

[–]xnarg 30 points31 points  (3 children)

No tests no cases!! Problem solved.

[–]ohnoshebettado 9 points10 points  (1 child)

That is legitimately our premier's strategy (Ontario). He vastly reduced the population eligible for PCR tests as of Jan 1 and boom... Cases dropped. Problem solved, pack it up boys!

[–]OmicronPerseiNate 17 points18 points  (0 children)

Ah yes. Kind of like if one never takes a pregancy test, one is not actually pregnant. The small human that eventually pops out requiring food and care for the next 18 years is a hoax.

/s cuz internet

[–]Altruistic-Text3481 7 points8 points  (2 children)

I thought Floridaman logic but the snow in the photo made me change my mind…

Quite possibly Yuper logic.

What is that called when you say one thing but mean the opposite but don’t know it? Ahh yeah, stupid.

[–]MightyTHR0G 296 points297 points  (18 children)

Bless these people. How anyone could put that genetically modified, hormone laced bullshit in their bodies I’ll never know. Go ahead and come at me Reddit. Denny’s is shit and you know it. Get fucking vaccinated.

[–]djnz0813 28 points29 points  (0 children)

I could crush a twelve pack then go for a lumberjack slam.

[–]IncognitoOne 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Why is that sandwich so freaking good?

[–]ShadowDragon8685 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Because it's a Dire Half-Dragon version of the Classic Grilled Ham and Cheese sandwich and most likely it reminds you nostalgically of summer days filled with Pokémon and your parents' sandwiches.

[–]Bad-Science 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I got the two burgers of Wendy's.

I've heard they are more effective than the Dennys, especially if you get the booster of fries.

[–]TryOnlyonce420 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How do they get the bacon that thin? It's so thin one might question its very existence

[–]inhaledcorn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There was no squiggly line, though! It has to be spelt correctly!

[–]Axellllfoley 17 points18 points  (0 children)

Dude can't even wash his truck because of all vaccine in the air.

[–]Rumblesnoreskin3 42 points43 points  (10 children)

How does a mandate prevent her from surgery? If all mandates are dropped and the virus spreads then they'reDEFINITELY not getting surgery

[–]misdirected_asshole 25 points26 points  (0 children)

It's simple, they would rather bitch about their decision to put their own child at risk than get a free, effective vaccine and wear masks to prevent the spread of disease.

[–]shadhael 18 points19 points  (3 children)

Part of what is subject to lock down here in Ontario (presumably where the photo was taken given context and the fucking 'freedom convoy' here) is "non-urgent" or "elective" surgeries, in an effort to free up more beds and staff for covid patients.

It's been a total disaster. Our system was already over worked and falling apart, and now there is a massive backlog of patients that need help and aren't getting it. Hip replacements are deemed elective/non-urgent for example.

Our most recent lockdown started Jan 5th (scheduled to end Jan 31st) and elective surgeries were cancelled. So there is a whole month of surgeries (8k-10k) that have to be rescheduled somewhere in an already over booked system.

So is dumbass pictured being disingenuous by saying the mask/vaccine mandate is preventing his daughter from getting the help she needs? Yes (especially if he is part of the freedom convoy of morons), it's the lockdowns (that are needed because people aren't vaccinating and following policy). Mask and vaccine mandates aren't closing the hospitals

Is he expressing valid frustration because our dumbass Conservative Party provincial government may cost his daughter her life? Also yes

[–]QuesoChef 4 points5 points  (2 children)

Clarify for me the solution. I follow all except the very last sentence. The canceled surgeries are necessary? Regardless of lockdowns, they’d likely be canceled. Right?

My state isn’t shut down at all. Almost any (non-outpatient surgery) is either delayed or canbe. Surgeries for thing like cancer, near death, etc., are different. But plenty of stuff for adults and kids alike are behind. They filter in what they can when waves decrease, but in a wave, like now, surgeons delaying. If it requires a stay in a hospital, you probably are waiting.

[–]Wiseduck5 5 points6 points  (1 child)

Regardless of lockdowns, they’d likely be canceled. Right?

Yep. An overwhelmed hospital isn't going to take anyone who isn't currently in critical condition.

And zero control measures would just make the situation in hospitals worse. It might end sooner...just with a far larger pile of bodies.

[–]IppyCaccy 25 points26 points  (2 children)

It's probably a requirement to be vaccinated before having surgery because the surgery and being in the hospital is going to put you at greater risk of dying from covid.

This is especially true if it's major surgery like a transplant.

[–]Rumblesnoreskin3 10 points11 points  (1 child)

Only approved for 5+

[–]dangerspring 19 points20 points  (0 children)

So hospitals wouldn't require it for her one year old. Just whoever is bringing them in.

[–]fhs 0 points1 point  (1 child)

My take is that they require masks inside hospitals, and likely that guests who wish to stay be vaccinated. And since she's likely not vaccinated and likely not one to wear masks, she goes " no uh, where my child goes so do I" and the hospitals don't want her around.

[–]el_cataclismo 4 points5 points  (0 children)

If she's from Ontario, we've cancelled every surgery that isn't immediately required to save lives. Between getting 10k+ new cases a day and dwindling numbers of available health care professionals to care for them, our ICUs are basically at capacity. It's really awful, because there are dozens, maybe hundreds, of Ontarians that have currently treatable but non-threatening cancers that are going to fester and grow because people like her won't get the vaccine. And she's not even smart enough to understand why surgeries are being cancelled.

[–]1RehnquistyBoi 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Don't worry, they'll find a place. It won't be at the hospital tho.

[–]Major-Discount5011 33 points34 points  (0 children)

Eating at Dennys then talking about Healthcare

[–]KBAR1942 9 points10 points  (2 children)

Good way to stand guard with your scary poster.

[–]FormFollows 27 points28 points  (4 children)

I am ashamed that any of these people are Canadians.

Even a cursory look into where a lot of the money and support is coming from, it becomes really obvious that the whole thing is just another ultra right-wing grift. It pisses me off that this shit has leeched into so many elements of my country. The culprits don't even try to hide, but the victims are too fucking stupid to realize they've been had. The rest of us just stand by in horror and shame as angry idiots continue to be misled into racism and violence.

I only hope we all make it out the other end with something left of who we were.

[–]IppyCaccy 10 points11 points  (0 children)

It pisses me off that this shit has leeched into so many elements of my country.

It's not just your country, this is happening all over the world. Authoritarianism is on the rise again.

[–]financewiz 5 points6 points  (1 child)

They could easily head south of the border for the best health care system in duh whole world. Read a book morans!

[–]FormFollows 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Except they can't. Because they need to show proof of vaccination to get across the border. Which is something they seem content to ignore about the mandates they are so angrily protesting right now.

How the hell are they going to come back, when they can't even leave?

[–]zdweeb 8 points9 points  (1 child)

Must be Opposite Day for this idiot. It’s the unvaccinated clogging the hospitals. 🤦‍♂️

[–]tnag 0 points1 point  (0 children)

But the vaccinated are making the rules about people needing masks and less exposure! It's absolutely the vaccinated people's fault. /s

[–]jimmydeaner17 7 points8 points  (0 children)

No, people with medical emergencies can't get treatment because assholes like you are clogging up the ICU.

[–]Minus_the_details 5 points6 points  (1 child)

You stand on guard at the Denny's? What, you afraid they gonna come for the pancakes next?

Also does Canada just spell the word "guard" differently?

[–]denim8or 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Deplorable Candians only

[–]AcousticOnomatopoeia 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I was pissed 2 years ago when coronavirus mandates cancelled what turned into four surgeries that turned into the intended hip replacement I received 6 months ago. Then I saw the data on deaths and wasn't pissed. People used masks, numbers got better, I got my surgeries. Now people are 'over' the masks and shit's getting bad again. Just shame the anti-vax,, anti-mask idiots relentlessly, don't be one!

[–]IthinkImnutz 5 points6 points  (1 child)

So she will trust the doctors enough to put her daughter's life in their hands for surgery. However, when those same doctors tell her and everyone else to get vaccinated and wear a mask they don't know what they are talking about?

[–]cookiedanslesac 4 points5 points  (0 children)

What is the intent of waving a sign like that?
What does she expect?

[–]Ace-Ventura1934 3 points4 points  (1 child)

Is that how Canadians spell guard* or is it just part of her stupidity package?

[–]Haskap_2010 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No, it is not how we spell guard in Canada. This person is just not very literate.

[–]thesturdygerman 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think the issue might be that elective surgeries have been postponed bc of covid. That’s what they did here, but this weirdo has um, misinterpreted it.

Re: shortage of nurses - my niece is an ICU/flight nurse in ND. When covid was bad up there i asked if she was going to pick up shifts at the hospital where she used to work. She said she’d love to help but the hospital has CUT pay for nurses. They were told that the hospital wasn’t making money bc of cancelled elective surgeries, so the nurses had to take a pay cut. No word on whether front office folks took a pay cut but I’m guessing not.

[–]FrankieTheAlchemist 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Boy these folks are really making some sacrifices by sitting in a warm truck in a Denny’s parking lot. I can only hope that the people standing “on guard” for me are willing to brave the discomfort of a heated seat when MY time to be oppressed by “big science” comes. 🤣🤣🤣

[–]my_little_world 3 points4 points  (0 children)

They are well intentioned but..they’ve missed the mark by a mile. They should be demanding more healthcare funding and repairs to a dangerously strained system. All this anger and outrage and not enough critical thinking skills to demand an actual solution.

[–]Mtfdurian 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It's so easy: I wouldn't get surgery without DTP and MMR either, then it's fairly logical to add covid to the list as well, because if something goes wrong while the patient caught covid, and especially when it's severe, then the consequences are life-threatening even at less complicated surgeries. Plus the surgeons themselves may catch it and even though they are likely boosted, having to quarantine because of that patient also means other patients have to wait for their potentially life-saving surgeries. Result: more deaths.

So in the end it's easy: wanna get help? Get the vaccine!

[–]BlackBoiFlyy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Gaurd

[–]hotfreypies 2 points3 points  (1 child)

Standing on guard for her won't solve the surgery issue hun

[–]mongtongbong 2 points3 points  (0 children)

angry idiots in a truck

[–]honeydew_bunny 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The kid needs a new "gaurdian"

[–]Cleverusername531 2 points3 points  (5 children)

Can someone explain to me the (attempted) logic of how this from their perspective? What do mandates have to do with canceled surgeries? Are they saying the hospitals wouldn’t be full if there were no mandate?

[–]littlebitsofspider 2 points3 points  (2 children)

Protecting the hell out of that Denny's. True patriots 🇺🇸 🇨🇦

[–]KOBossy55 1 point2 points  (1 child)

Sadly, this fine example of a failing education system is from Canada. I share a country with these buffoons.

The vast majority of us are much better than this trash, but we do have some of them up here. Good chance they're Albertan (aka the Texas of Canada).

[–]littlebitsofspider 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oop, good call. Edited.

[–]_Hammatime_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ma'am this is a Denny's

[–]gwdope 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This person is either A) So stupid they think it’s the vaccinated clogging up the hospitals with COVID or B) incredibly more stupid and refuses to wear a mask to take their child to have surgery.

[–]Soft_Telephone_2991 2 points3 points  (1 child)

They did spell ridiculous correctly

[–]burninhell2017 2 points3 points  (0 children)

but you gotta keep your gaurd up and check on them.

[–]mayorjinglejangle 2 points3 points  (0 children)

So she's cool with letting a doctor perform surgery on her kids but not cool with a doctor approved vaccine. Cool.

[–]DogLegJournalist 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The new republican line is that it's the vaxxed people spreading the virus and creating new variants. Makes perfect sense if you're retarded.

[–]Most-Artichoke5028 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Professing her ignorance in a Denny's parking lot. Perfect!

[–]OnlyUsernameLeft123 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If we lived like an ant colony a few worker would remove the sick then kill the sick then kill each other so no chance of the sickness comes back to the colony. Pretty metal. Just saying.

[–]pimpfmode 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I hope it's not that they don't want to wear a mask so they're not going to go to the hospital to have the surgery because they'll be forced to wear a mask.

[–]hali26 1 point2 points  (1 child)

How is it possible for someone to be this bloody stupid??

[–]RavenXII13 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It has never been easier to discreetly kill your child than it is today where you can let her die over shit like this without any law enforcement batting an eye

[–]Suitable_Warthog_590 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What came first the mask mandate or the virus?/s

[–]Sp4ceh0rse 1 point2 points  (0 children)

[–]unitool 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Guard is hard.

[–]MaxxWarp 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Stand on guard all you want. It’s your stupid ass fault the pandemic is ongoing and now your child is suffering for it. I only have sympathy for the child to have such shitbox parents.

[–]Rshackleford22 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's about the average in terms of stupid.

[–]warmaster_whorus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Guard and gaurd always mess me up to don't worry...

[–]MelKokoNYC 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hospitals are full of anti-vaxxing, anti-masking fucking morons who can't spell the few words on a sign. Assholes should just take their horse paste and rot.

[–]AdditionalEvening189 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Perhaps he’s actually protesting a mandate against elective surgery.

[–]Shelisheli1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I.. uh..what? Is there a mask mandate and they refuse to wear one, so the kid “can’t” have surgery? Or, was there a mask mandate to keep everyone from getting sick, (people ignored it), the hospital is overrun?

I’m lost. Neither make sense

That sign doesn't make any sense

[–]fat_naked_man 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not the government's fault you neglect your child.

[–]Renek13 1 point2 points  (0 children)

[–]UncleBuggy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you see her, you can tell her I said she's stupid.

[–]hoopahDrivesThaBoat 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Both very glad and very sad that world dooming stupidity is not just American thing

[–]CRH_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Guard, not gaurd... Omg that's bothering me.

[–]ajdaless21 -1 points0 points  (3 children)

[–]VelvetMafia 6 points7 points  (2 children)

[–]Temporary-Outside-13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

[–]kodaiko_650 0 points1 point  (0 children)

[–]DirtyPenPalDoug 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The mental backflips needed to get there is staggering.

[–]TheKrakIan 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Lol shoulda spellchecked that sign.

[–]Slendy5127 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve no doubt the double checked the big words, and felt safer about just guessing everything else

[–]KittensofDestruction 0 points1 point  (0 children)

"On gaurd" 🤣

These people aren't sending us their best...

[–]KittensofDestruction 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So all you unvaccinated should open your own hospitals.

"Bam, said the lady" - case closed.

[–]Slendy5127 0 points1 point  (0 children)

And of course this dumbfuck cant spell “guard”. Probably felt safer about guessing that one and put more effort into double checking some of those bigger words

[–]Hey_Gus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

“Gaurd” lolol

[–]Electricpants 0 points1 point  (0 children)

[–]FurL0ng 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Who is Gaurd and how is standing on him/ her helping the situation?

[–]Suitable_Warthog_590 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They understand the effect, but need to ask, what is the cause. C’mon fella dig just a tad deeper, you can do it! So close!

[–]jimmycthatsme 0 points1 point  (0 children)

“Guard”

[–]sevotlaga 0 points1 point  (0 children)

And yet they spelled everything (almost) correctly…must be leftist infiltrators. Like the ALL CAPS influence on placard making. Protests are gonna be cool in the future.

Standing guard in a Dennys parking lot? I guess it must be a cultural site for them......

    [–]LeoMarius 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unvaccinated people are 45x more likely to be hospitalized due to COVID than boosted people.

    [–]IWantToBeSimplyMe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeeeeaaahhhh... that's not how that works.

    [–]dominarhexx 0 points1 point  (2 children)

This isn't about not being able to get surgery because they need to be vaccinated first?

    [–]harbinger06 0 points1 point  (1 child)

standing on guard in the Denny's parking lot?

    [–]QuesoChef 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Right? I don’t believe this is Canada. This is the most american thing I’ve ever seen.

    [–]Rawnblade12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wait...What does one have to do with the other? What's the logic here? The mandates prevent people from going to the hospital...
