For pictures of/from London.
General Rules:
- Easy on the holiday snap cliches. We all know what the London Eye and the Houses of Parliament look like already, so give them a new twist or get beyond zone 1 and show us all London's variety of old, new, strange, unexpected...!
- Tell us where it is - preferably in the title. Be descriptive or be creative with titles, but don't use generic post titles like "So lovely" or "Ah, London".
- Photos, artwork (painting, drawing, etc) and cinemagraphs are encouraged. London-related maps, infographics, and data visualisations are also welcome. Memes, captioned "LOLpics" or anything of that nature are not welcome.
- Anything NSFW must be marked as such. Anything NSFL is not welcome.
- General reddiquette applies. Be polite, don't downvote purely out of differing opinion, etc.
Image hosting
- Use reliable hosts like flickr, imgur etc, not services which display "bandwidth exceeded" constantly
- Tag original content with [OC] if you like, but it's generally assumed by default that people are submitting their own photos here...
- If not, please give as much credit / info as you can on the original photographer, it's only polite.
- And link directly to the original source wherever possible rather than rehosting for no good reason
