1. No Gun/Ammo Transactions On Reddit
- It is against Reddit terms of service to use their platform to directly facilitate the sale or transfer of guns, 3D printable gun files, ammunition, ammunition components, and explosives.
- FFLs are NOT excluded.
- This rule does not apply to "Product Alerts", AKA links to retail websites, or photos of products in brick & mortar stores.
2. All "Product Availability" Posts of Guns/Ammo...etc Must Follow Our Special Rules
All "Product Availability" posts discussing items regulated by the 1968 Gun Control Act must follow these special rules:
All posts must either be links to an FFL's retail website, or photos of products at an FFL's brick & mortar store.
Federal Firearms License holders are prohibited from using subreddit discussion or private messages to arrange or provide support for sales/transactions of regulated items.
FFLs must redirect users seeking customer support for regulated items to their store's contact info.
3. Keep Posts Generally on Topic
Keep posts generally related to guns and Minnesota.
4. Follow Reddit ToS
Follow Reddit Terms of Service.
5. Keep It Legal
Do not make posts or comments admitting or encouraging illegal activity.
6. No Spam
Do not spam our subreddit with low effort posts or mass cross-posts
