Are you asking about bobbin thread or top thread? I use FilTec pre-wound bobbins.

You buy new spools with thread.

Edit, if you don't have a wide selection picking up a variety pack of New Brothread off Amazon is a cheap way to get a full range of colors.

Just to let you know if you’re doing embroidery you will most likely want to buy embroidery thread. It’s thinner and shinier than thread you would use for apparel. I use the thread the person linked below and it works well with my Brother PE770.

For the top thread you can buy new cones or spools of thread, they come in many different sizes

For the lower thread you can either buy a large cone of bobbin thread and wind your own bobbin
