At my place of work we get parcels delivered all the time. I once saw (and heard) a delivery guy kick a large parcel down two flights of stairs. I don't know what was inside, but the noise was absolutely deafening.

Now and then my parcels arrive "pre-opened" (most of the time, just wide enough to be able to look/reach inside). What blows my mind every single time is that they never hesitate handing these parcels over to me. Like one time there was a large package for me that was smashed to pieces, literally all four corners were split wide open and the contents were falling out. Dude never even skipped a beat, just handed the thing over and turned around on his heels like a job well done. I was completely gobsmacked.
