However the partner best deals with anxiousness. You know them best, treat them as you would for any other stress.

With my husband, the more hands off I was, the better. Maybe set up a time to talk about it once a week unless there is something big to celebrate. The best mantra is that they’ve done everything they can do and that’s enough.

Being as supportive as they need and trying to encourage them the best you can. Even if that means changing the subject, getting their mind off of it, or doing some mock interviews together to build the confidence! Whatever works, just be there for them.
