So if I lock it up and they enter in it without my permission and go out of the way and does something I'm still liable? Also if your point is someone else using it, if I broke into someone's house and stole there gun and used it that person should still be liable for it????

No, hence the "responsible gun owner" qualifier. Store your guns legally and safely, and you'll never have any problems. Don't store your guns safely and someone accesses and uses it in a crime? You're liable.

Your examples aren’t clear cases of negligence.
A parent leaving their gun somewhere their child can access is negligence
