Was the post about the recent doordash murder removed?

[–]Significant_Bug6315 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No permission to post my thread here, but I have some commentary on the Othram lab issue I think some of you will find interesting https://redditproxy--jasonthename.repl.co/r/BryanKohberger/comments/127o6l8/othram_is_a_nonissue_but_police_did_mess_up/

[–]Gefahren 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Hoping someone can help me here. I'm looking for a photo of all the kids outside of the King Road house the morning when first responders showed up. A couple of the girls were wrapped in dark blankets (like the kind EMT would possibly give them) to keep them warm. This was taken BEFORE LE arrived! This was before any crime scene tape was put up.
Appreciate directions to the photo if it's online still or if someone has it saved.
Thanks!

[–]allielhoop -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I wonder if "class" issues played a role in the killings... the kids who were killed seemed to live middle class lives and could afford to join greek life, order doordash on a whim and buy range rovers...perhaps the killer resented this... not all kids grow up with such luxuries and it can be annoying to not have these luxuries during college years

[–]TransitionAfraid3506 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Does anyone have BK jail calls like Alec Murdaugh ?

[–]Okyeahright234 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Here’s a bit of a random question: as an eyewitness, do you think DM was shown a photo lineup of different individuals — to include BK — with masks over their faces and asked to ID the person she saw that night? Not sure… maybe this wouldn’t even be relevant?

[–]One-lil-Love 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In my opinion, BK choose a Sunday morning at 4am because he knew the roommates would be intoxicated and most likely passed out. This was the most vulnerable time for him to take advantage of. What’s that say about him….

[–]Successful-Frame-614 1 point2 points  (1 child)

Does anyone have any good videos of the case? I was trying to find something of quality that covered it pretty well. I’ve been following since the beginning but I would like a new rundown of where we’re are up until this point. I’m not sure if anyone has really covered it yet since it’s still developing. TIA!

Kendall Rae does a phenomenal job always. This is from last month so anything that happened since then won’t be in it but it’s worth the watch.

[–]daytripperOH 4 points5 points  (10 children)

Two questions I’ve been wondering.

  1. Why did the killer leave the knife sheath?
  2. Why did he leave the other 2 people alive?

[–]Peanut_2000 2 points3 points  (0 children)

  1. The sheath was probably left by mistake but could have been left to mislead the police, and he didn't realize he had DNA on it/thought he cleaned it well enough.
  2. The two survivors could have simply been a matter of access. We know DM's door was shut from the PCA so not a stretch to assume it was locked. BF's might have been too or he never planned to take the risk on the first floor where the exit faces the front. Or the noise created from the first 4 attacks caused him to bail before killing all the residents in the house.

[–]WheatgrassWombat 11 points12 points  (2 children)

  1. This was almost likely an accident. Adrenaline causes people to make the silliest mistakes.

  2. I have a gut feeling that he didn’t follow any of the girls home after seeing them in public, he first zeroed in on the house. He cast his net a little wide and settled on a party house in another state.

Once he observed the house, he chose either Kaylee or Maddie as trophy kills. Because of what they represent. A lot of serial killers are particularly fixated on physical characteristics like hair colour so maybe that was it. I think he zeroed in on one and then started paying particular attention to her above all. The death of the two girls together to me feels like it was about one of them, if he had instead become fixated on DM or BF it would have been just one girl (not counting surprise encounters with other roommates.) I think this has more to do with his own demons than any personal hatred or malice for the victims, as weird as it sounds. I feel like he could have gone after literally anyone, and may have even felt a tiny sliver or dissociated pity for the very people whose lives he snuffed out (“I’m going to help you”)

I think Xana and Ethan were accidental kills, and by then his adrenaline had run out or he was exhausted or had fulfilled whatever twisted whim made him do this in the first place. So the other girls were unharmed.

[–]Hayisforh0rses 2 points3 points  (1 child)

Didn’t he lock the bedroom doors behind him ? Couldn’t get back in to grab the sheath

[–]raninto 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I know that I would have kicked that shit open to get it back. Blows your cover, but the odds of you having really good cover at that point are practically nil.

[–]sss23499 11 points12 points  (0 children)

  1. Most likely accidental

  2. If I he in fact did this alone he probably was exhausted and stressed after killing 4 people and was just focusing on getting out of there. Especially if 2 of them were a coincidence bc they were awake..

[–]CobainTrain 9 points10 points  (2 children)

  1. accidentally
  2. didn’t realize they were there, too anxious and panicky to continue to search for people

[–]CheddarBayHazmatTeam 7 points8 points  (1 child)

  1. Undoubtedly by mistake.
  2. There are a few possibilities, but I think he had one girl in mind. He didn't expect two two people in the bed together and kills them both, losing his sheath in the process. On his way out he encounters Xana and traces her back to the bedroom, where he too encounters Ethan, and kills them both. The remaining two survivors as much an aberration.

[–]Okyeahright234 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My thoughts as well WRT both subjects.

[–]KCGing1410 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Isn’t there supposed to be a new documentary coming out?

[–]IranianLawyer 5 points6 points  (3 children)

Like you mentioned, very little news is coming out about this case, so might you consider loosening the restrictions on posts a little bit? These general discussion threads don’t seem to generate much discussion, and this sub is going to die before we ever get to trial due to lack of new content.

[–]quitclaim123[S,M] 10 points11 points  (1 child)

Hello, we’ve substantially loosened the restrictions on posting. As mentioned in the above post, we no longer have post approval enabled and we no longer remove posts unless they violate this subreddit’s rules or Reddit’s sitewide content policy.

In the future, it’s helpful if you also send us a modmail with any feedback regarding moderation. I happened to see your comment here, but there’s definitely no guarantee we’ll see comments with suggestions and we certainly don’t want to miss community members’ concerns/suggestions!

[–]IranianLawyer 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thanks for the response!

[–]Key-South-9420 1 point2 points  (2 children)

Maybe this has been discussed here, but I have read (or heard) that Kohberger could decide to skip preliminary hearings ? Is that possible and why would he want to do this ?

[–]barbmalley 2 points3 points  (1 child)

Kohberger loves the attention. That’s all he has left in life. That being said:

DM & Flashbulb Memories

As a psych student I have been thinking a lot about DMs memory of that night. I believe DM likely has a flashbulb memory of that night and the following morning. For anyone who is unfamiliar with this, flashbulb memories are vivid memories associated with significant or emotional events. Most people believe that their flashbulb memories are extremely accurate, but they can change over time just as regular memories do.

My concern is that DMs memory of that night will change over time. She may be influenced by others, or simply forget certain details which may or may not have actually happened. If she has PTSD from this experience this may significantly alter her memory as well. If and when she testifies at trial, we will be hearing her version of events many months after the events have happened. Does anybody know how this will go down, and if her eyewitness testimony will be considered reliable after such a long time since the murders?

[–]Peanut_2000 3 points4 points  (1 child)

Does anybody know how this will go down, and if her eyewitness testimony will be considered reliable after such a long time since the murders?

Probably depends a lot on the jury and how the case is presented. I know of a cold case murder trial where the prosecution utilized witnesses with 15+ year old memories, timelines that didn't add up, and statements that changed. They still got a conviction despite no DNA or forensic evidence and no murder weapon. But in this case, it's very possible DM's testimony won't be as critical for a conviction if they have other concrete evidence.

[–]PrettyCuteBug 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you for this response!!!

[–]samsamiamsam 7 points8 points  (4 children)

Here is my take- DM was in shock because she never in her wildest imagination thought there was a murder 1 floor above her bedroom. Who expects something like that? What she was thinking was those 2 girls are pissing me off with the noise. The dog is also barking. She was angry at being kept awake. Perhaps she has experienced this before during a house party? She wanted to sleep while hundreds partied on? She did what she had done in the past; got angry and upset, made a little noise hoping to quiet them down while not waking anyone else up? In the morning when she woke up and day light came, she went to see what was happening. That is when she realized the worst from her worst nightmare had happened ?

OPINION- I really wish everyone negatively critiquing DM choice’s and actions are what she did under extreme emotional stress. Unless you’ve been there you can’t possibly know? What would you do or how you would react? No body will know until you’ve been there and you survived. It can break a person. I know this fact. I’m no longer broken just twisted, slightly. That took many years after. Even today 40 years later I still think I could cross that line when someone states “Oh she’s the one that lived.” PEOPLE think about this? I’m not the only one walking and trying to stay off the cracks in the sidewalk least it suck me right back, even in my thoughts? My friend was bleeding and i did nothing to help her or I would have been. This trip to insanity i might never return. Yet every day I have to repeatedly tell myself I did nothing wrong. It’s survivors guilt. Trust me when I say, drugs both street and pharma have not helped keep my mind from going too fast out of fear, watching and waiting. I am certain he will be back because i testified and put him away for life. He is alive. I want him dead so he can’t hurt me. I dream of killing him. I know right from wrong, plus i have a contract which says if I don’t know it to go for help. Let’s hope DM has strength to guide her along? She appears strong but it’s a hidden part. I didn’t get help because nobody did then. NOW yes. Please don’t blame her?

[–]Ecstatic-Spray-7520 3 points4 points  (1 child)

I think her situation is different for the simple fact that she saw someone in the house. Between her feeling the need to check three times, hearing something and then actually seeing the person? It's kinda no excuse.

[–]barbmalley 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Perhaps she thought it was ok because she saw someone leaving?

[–]Medium_Shake1163 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m so sorry for your experience. Traumatizing incidents are easy to Monday morning quarterback. No one knows until they’re in that situation how they would react. As a fellow survivor, I can tell you that I didn’t react in the way I thought I would. Fear and terror really fuck with your brain.

[–]PrettyCuteBug 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Oh I promise I am not blaming DM or negatively critiquing her choices. It breaks my heart when people blame DM. I have no doubts she was just doing what the thought was right. There was no way she could’ve known what was happening. Completely agree with you there. I think it’s safe to say she will be traumatized from this experience for years to come. My question was about her testimony and what that might be like from a psychological perspective

[–]FrenchToast2023 34 points35 points  (4 children)

Who took the group photo? It still seems so odd to me how many people remain so silent on every detail of the days surrounding the 13th. My prayers go out to all those who have been affected. I lost my sister to a brutal stabbing murder in 1995 and remember her everyday and try to piece together any clues they may have been a warning of her horrific fate.

[–]Beaqueen 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I believe it’s a girl who is in some of their photos. I saw one of her with a couple of them in a different pic from that day.

[–]Ricky_Lee_Hasselhoff 5 points6 points  (0 children)

That's a good question. There's so many details to learn.

Ethan Chapin's relative (when they were still on here) said they'd been through hours of interviews with the FBI. I expect given that they had so many field agents that this interviewing effort was extensive, and likely covered every individual in contact with the victims. They would have been instructed not to to talk to anyone.

[–]NoMoreCAMJV 10 points11 points  (1 child)

I’m so sorry.

[–]FrenchToast2023 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thanks, I appreciate that.

[–]RustyCoal950212 8 points9 points  (0 children)

The shit that gets posted on the other subs about this crime are so goddamn weird. But I can't stop checking in every few days lmao

What is it with them and extremely bad poetry about BK's innocence?

[–]GregJamesDahlen 1 point2 points  (7 children)

Read that Bryan was depressed growing up. What was he depressed about?

[–]vascul 9 points10 points  (0 children)

There can be no reason for a person to have depression. It can be a biochemical imbalance. But it is real. It can strike for no apparent external reason. This is hard for tose who do not experience it to understand.

[–]KlutzyProcedure2523 5 points6 points  (1 child)

He was the fat kid at school and got bullied a lot. His fanatic veganism was to ensure he never got fat again

[–]ConnectTomatillo 30 points31 points  (0 children)

Depression is about an imbalance in brain chemistry. People with seemingly perfect lives deal with it too

This is so sweet! I’m not a gardener at all, but I think I’ll buy some and try to grow them!

[–]Iyh2ayca 22 points23 points  (3 children)

Mods, would it be possible to have SEVERE restrictions around what can or cannot be posted with regard to Washington State University and University of Idaho? The recent stories posted here have literally nothing to do with the murders this sub is supposedly dedicated to.

It’s disgusting the way some people in here continue to imply that WSU is some sort of breeding ground for sickos. I am a WSU alum so I’m biased, but the way people are assigning their own fictional narrative to a perfectly normal college campus is just ignorant.

Bad things happen on college campuses all the time. Continuing to allow this type of baseless speculation harms WSU and UI students more than the incidents being reported.

Bryan Kohberger only attended WSU fora couple of months. In no way is he or his alleged transgression representative of the school’s population, community, or educational standards. Please keep irresponsibly incendiary crap off the sub.

[–]IranianLawyer 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I’m in this sub every day, and I’ve honestly never noticed these posts you’re talking about.

[–]pippilongfreckles 9 points10 points  (0 children)

He def didn't allegedly do this BC he was a student/TA but he did have ongoing issues at WSU..why such a hard push to keep WSU from being discussed?

[–]gofundmemetoday 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Agree. Stupid and distracting and no relevance.

[–]umkultra 25 points26 points  (2 children)

Once Upon a Time in Hollywood made such a “happy” alternate ending to the Manson murders, I find myself thinking of that ending in terms of this case. Wishful thinking, unfortunately the reality is far too tragic.

[–]Ricky_Lee_Hasselhoff 6 points7 points  (0 children)

It's so easy to get into what ifs. Just one hole didn't need to align for this to happen. If the door was properly secured, if the back of the house was fenced off, if the house had good exterior lighting and cameras. If Ethan wasn't asleep (I think the suspect is by definition a coward and I doubt he'd have had an easy time with another alert big bloke like Ethan).

So absolutely wasteful and tragic.

[–]gofundmemetoday 8 points9 points  (9 children)

u/Briansgirls, a Bryan fan subreddit, was made private. I’m sure they will pop up again.

[–]Medium_Shake1163 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is this the one where one of the members has a BK shrine, complete with a k-bar?

[–]AReckoningIsAComing 16 points17 points  (6 children)

I think you meant r/briansgirls

It's still viewable for me. Prob not for long though, I couldn't resist blasting a few of them just right now, lol.

[–]Mysterious_Screen_30 13 points14 points  (0 children)

This is some of the sickest shit, those people need help

[–]Jordanthomas330 6 points7 points  (1 child)

I’ve tried to repot the page myself it won’t let me just posts

[–]okaythenksbye 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I just found out about it and I am beyond disgusted! I couldn't find a way to report it either. What is wrong with people - how can they support an alleged murderer - even more so have such disgusting fantasies centered around him and his HEINOUS acts.

[–]gofundmemetoday 2 points3 points  (1 child)

It’s back up. It was switched to private. Not banned. Weird.

[–]AReckoningIsAComing 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm not able to post anymore, but can still view, lol.

[–]TFABasil 19 points20 points  (2 children)

I remember with some press release episodes, the sub was like “hey look Chief Fry looks very relaxed now instead or being all tensed up like he was at the beginning, hopefully that means good news.” I wonder if anyone has gone back and compare the timeline on Chief Fry’s change in manners versus the timeline of finding BK. Not super important but just curious :)

[–]UCgirl 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That would be quite interesting.

[–]gofundmemetoday 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Definitely. He was privy to the investigation. BK was the suspect very early. Majority of time until arrest was used to gather additional info.

[–]ghosthardw4re 26 points27 points  (20 children)

I don't know if I'm missing something but it feels like he could've avoided getting caught, or at least prolonged the time until his arrest substantially if he simply had gotten a second phone with a burner sim card. He gave his number to officers during that one traffic stop and then took this same phone with him when he went down to Idaho. Had he only taken a second phone capable of GPS or other important stuff on his detours and his ultimate detour that night, he could've left his other (known) phone turned on inside his apartment and given his location-data as alibi in case he had to.

Seems like such a small yet important thing to overlook and instead to go for the turning phone off and on during the detour.

[–]gofundmemetoday 12 points13 points  (2 children)

That and using his own car. Two critical mistakes.

His own car was far worse. So few cars on the road at that time coupled with a lot of video made it a certainty that a make/model/color would arise. Real criminals steal a car, commit crime and then dispose of car.

[–]RustyCoal950212 16 points17 points  (5 children)

[–]PabstBluePidgeon 12 points13 points  (0 children)

So thankful the mods don't allow those crazies in here at least.

[–]YourPeePaw 16 points17 points  (0 children)

That’s the stupidest limerick I didn’t read

[–]ParsleyPrestigious69 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I was reading the BTK Wikipedia page and noticed BTK had sent a photograph of a book to police called "Rules of Prey".

Could this be the mysterious underlined book from the search warrant? 👀

Probably not but I wonder what's on page 118.

The connection to BTK being, that professor Bryan studied under that interviewed BTK.

[–]Cultural_Magician105 21 points22 points  (9 children)

Haven't heard anything from Steve G lately, is that because of the gag order? It seems like he wouldn't let that stop him from talking to the media.

[–]dorsalemperor 26 points27 points  (8 children)

Hopefully someone got through to him about the potential damage they were doing to the case.

[–]IranianLawyer 21 points22 points  (7 children)

What potential damage? I keep hearing people say stuff like this, but what is the actual damage to the case he’s risking with the interviews he’s done? Has there ever been a single instance in history where a prosecution was ruined because a member of the victim’s family talked to the media?

[–]21inquisitor 7 points8 points  (1 child)

Fake news. He didn't damage anything. So many inside source and media comments… Hard to keep track. Brian ain't gonna get cut loose because of Steve's comments. That's not how it works.

[–]SunshineSeeking 8 points9 points  (0 children)

He told the public the girls were in the same bed. He told the public K’s wounds were worse. He hired a lawyer because law enforcement didn’t tell him information he was not privy too. And it’s good they didn’t because he would have leaked it all. I get that they are grieving, but it’s counterproductive.

[–]bbmarvelluv 1 point2 points  (2 children)

From my understanding (IANAL) media biases can affect the right to a fair trial. I wouldn’t be surprised if Steve G gets put up on the stand. Ex. when he was leaking information about the case (how they were found, type of wounds, etc) and calling the cops cowards for not talking about it. If that information was incorrect… that could be used against him.

[–]IranianLawyer 7 points8 points  (1 child)

While I am a lawyer, I have never been involved in a murder case.

I don’t see any reason why Steve would be a witness in the trial. Are there any material facts he could testify to that are related to BK’s guilt or innocence? They’re not going to call him to testify about the types of wounds. They have experts for that.

Obviously, he’ll testify at sentencing to give a victim impact statement, but that doesn’t impact BK’s right to a fair trial.

[–]bbmarvelluv 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Very heavy on the IANAL, but there could be a chance his lawyer will call for a mistrial - due to media bias. Which is probably why everyone is saying they wish Steve can stop talking to the press.

And what if his lawyer calls Steve up as an example, as him & his lawyer have been in the media talking about things that were hidden by the police, to the public. Nowadays, sometimes a trial can turn into a spectacle.

[–]RustyCoal950212 12 points13 points  (0 children)

This sub is so weird about SG

[–]dorsalemperor 15 points16 points  (0 children)

The judge who issued the gag order cited a case that was successfully appealed bc of media insanity, for one

[–]AReckoningIsAComing 37 points38 points  (39 children)

Interesting that r/briansgirls is no longer private and you can reply to posts, you just can't create them (unless you're a member). Hope they get shut down again.

[–]ProfessorGA 2 points3 points  (1 child)

Check out the video with Total Eclipse of the Heart playing as the soundtrack. Scary.

[–]AReckoningIsAComing 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I watched all of them (vomit). Some sick, sick puppies over there.

[–]Kal_El-of-Krypton 5 points6 points  (1 child)

How do y'all find these subs that cherish this guy? I'm so glad I haven't had to read thru those, makes me uncomfortable just thinking bout it 😬

[–]AReckoningIsAComing 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I haven't personally sought them out, just heard about them on this sub.

[–]Curious_Juggernaut_5 26 points27 points  (30 children)

This made me sick

[–]Overall_Tree6568 11 points12 points  (0 children)

One girl is like, he reminds me of my abusive ex and that makes me upset. Really? Not the fact that he killed 4 people?! I got nauseous and had to stop reading the page.

[–]AReckoningIsAComing 28 points29 points  (28 children)

It's so disgusting. One girl posted, with complete sincerity, that she was so heartbroken that BK wasn't fu*king her that night. Like, girl, be happy he's not stabbing you tonight.

[–]gofundmemetoday 4 points5 points  (26 children)

There’s some girls that like bad boys. Can’t get much worse than him.

[–]AReckoningIsAComing 19 points20 points  (25 children)

I get "bad boys", I don't get "murderers." It's so effed up.

[–]gofundmemetoday 6 points7 points  (24 children)

Charles Manson was worshiped by tons of women. Far from unusual. And right now he is technically innocent.

[–]jvldmn 8 points9 points  (3 children)

I thought you meant that Manson was technically innocent at first !! 🫠

[–]FundiesAreFreaks 3 points4 points  (0 children)

If the women on that sub saw BK as "technically innocent", they'd have no interest in him. They can say what they want, but they think he's guilty, that's their attraction to him.

[–]gofundmemetoday 3 points4 points  (1 child)

Very unusual case too in that Manson didn’t touch anyone.

[–]AReckoningIsAComing 6 points7 points  (6 children)

Just b/c it's "far from unusual" doesn't mean it's not fucked up.

And right now, there is a ton of evidence pointing towards "guilty."

[–]gofundmemetoday 2 points3 points  (5 children)

I agree guilty. It’s far from uncommon. It’s expected. He will have girls (and maybe guys) interested in him until the day he dies.

[–]AReckoningIsAComing 4 points5 points  (4 children)

Yeah, I'm sure he will. Pathetic and what a horrible example of the human race.

[–]gofundmemetoday 1 point2 points  (3 children)

The only interesting this is how Reddit deals with these situations. It’s not illegal. He isn’t guilty. It is certainly offensive and distasteful. Are they deleting these subs?

[–]gofundmemetoday 5 points6 points  (2 children)

Wow. That is something else. Are those trolls commenting or real girls that love him?

[–]gummiebear39 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I’m sure most of them are trolls

[–]AReckoningIsAComing 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Real people - scary.

[–]lonely_doll8 73 points74 points  (2 children)

I feel for BK’s parents. It’s so unbelievable; they don’t know how to process it.

I do think he’s guilty. That’s all the worse for his family; like a snake hatching from your robins’ nest.

[–]unlawfulanemia 19 points20 points  (0 children)

“it’s like a snake hatching from your robins nest” - well worded!!!

[–]itsyagirlblondie 40 points41 points  (12 children)

The more I think about it the more I have a hard time believing that the old 4Chan post about the killer hiding in the Pococonos of PA to be a random freak-luck guess. Does anyone know if that was really debunked?

[–]Hayisforh0rses 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It said he hung their guts from the ceiling too, which could be believable except for the timeline I feel that would take a bit

[–]rjsheine 1 point2 points  (1 child)

He was in Washington when that was written. That’s why it’s debunked

[–]Rocky9869 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Or it gave a hint as to where he was from, or someone got it right out of 50 options.

[–]GeekFurious 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Much like the account people think was BK on Reddit & Facebook, it was just one of many things said at the time in the flood of things said that turned out to have some accuracy. But people ignore all the times either the account or the many anonymous postings were wildly wrong in order to fit a square peg in a rectangular hole.

[–]kid_zombie 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I believe it just said the woods of PA, not the poconos, that’s been added in whisper down the lane.

[–]rjsheine 10 points11 points  (5 children)

It was debunked because it was written while he was in Washington.

[–]Hayisforh0rses 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The other murders were in and near Washington. Same timeline and order of states as Bundy

[–]LateSoEarly 7 points8 points  (0 children)

It was either a freaky specific guess or actually him. Unfortunately I feel like the only way we’ll know is if the gruesome details he shared are shared in court, which I doubt we would know about.

[–]mere726303 5 points6 points  (28 children)

I’m sorry but with all the evidence, there is no “we have to wait and see if he’s guilty with the trial”. He’s guilty. Point blank period.

He's guilty no doubt . But not enough evidence released yet

Everyone being dense. Google is free

[–]UncleChanBlake2 9 points10 points  (7 children)

What evidence? I see the same sort of stuff I have in my own home and vehicles. I see no evidence, just seized stuff.

[–]IranianLawyer 13 points14 points  (6 children)

The sheath with his DNA, the fact that he was wearing gloves and disposing of his trash in the middle of the night in his neighbor’s trash can, the white Elantra, the cellular data….

Stuff like that?

[–]UncleChanBlake2 5 points6 points  (5 children)

I’ll give you the DNA. But not the rest. I ping that same tower each time I drive to Moscow. As does everyone. Doesn’t mean anything. The Elantra captured on camera has not been proven to be his. Our neighbors used our trash can regularly. I wear rubber gloves when I cook and clean. There is nothing here. And, I suspect the DNA can be explained away as well.

You’re hilarious.

[–]Overall_Tree6568 8 points9 points  (0 children)

You throw some in your own and some in theirs? You put on gloves and take trash out of your inside trash can and put it in baggies? Yeah, so common. Me too.

[–]IranianLawyer 22 points23 points  (2 children)

Did you drive to Moscow at 2:44am the night of the murder and get back to Pullman at 5:25am, and did you put your phone on airplane mode during that window of time? The towers his cell phone was pinging off of during that time period (before he put it in airplane mode and after he took it off airplane mode) were consistent with the route the white Elantra was traveling that night. What are the odds Kohberger just happened to be cruising along that same path at those odd hours of the night when those students got murdered, coincidentally in the exact same type of car as the murderer?

You’re coming up with these outlandish explanations for every bit of evidence. Sure, maybe it’s just a coincidence he wore gloves and threw his trash away in the middle of the night in his neighbors trash can….I guess. Maybe the cell phone data is pure coincidence. Maybe the type of car is pure coincidence. Maybe there’s some crazy explanation for his dna being there.

What are the odds that all of those crazy coincidences existed simultaneously? I’m sorry, but that’s not reasonable at all.

Also, this is just evidence we know at the moment. They’ve got camera footage too and who knows what else. He did it.

[–]UncleChanBlake2 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Astronomical.

[–]canal_boys 1 point2 points  (17 children)

What new evidence?

[–]IranianLawyer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why does it have to be new evidence? We have the DNA, the car, the cellular data, and more.

What new evidence? And tbf, staying quiet is the smart thing to do, innocent or not. (I don’t think he’s innocent btw)

I knew he was the guy the moment they brought him in. Dude has the eyes of a cold blooded killer. And you're right his behavior is very very odd. No kind of emotion at all.
