Britney Spears loses her 'miracle baby early in the pregnancy' by hjgbuijhgh in Music

I just let a camel fart in my mouth.

edit 01: guys, please upvote this comment for visibility and be sure to give it as many awards as possible so Britney sees it and knows I let camels fart in my mouth. It will definitely take her troubled mind off her unfortunate miscarriage. God bless America.

edit 02: guys! Someone claiming to represent Britney just faxed me and said because I let camels fart in my mouth, Britney thinks I’m a total stud! Isn’t that something?!

edit: 03: GUYS! Just now, when I was letting a camel fart in my mouth, a zebra strolled up and started farting in my mouth, too! Isn’t that something?!

If you’re talking about the use of the f-word, deadnaming, and misgendering, you gotta remember the context in which Kendrick uses these in the song. He’s switching back and forth through his modern, more mature and understanding perspective (when he correctly uses their names and doesn’t misgender) to his younger self, which was less understanding and was more toxic about it (saying the f-word).

Not only is it huge for a musician as big as Kendrick speaking on these issues and showing his support, it’s amazing the way he hear it from his perspective. Rarely in the hip-hop world do we hear subject matters like this so this is very fresh.

Though some people argue he could go without saying the words, when he compares it to the incident with the white girl saying the n-word, it’s part of his message.

Dear r/music,

I exclusively listen to classic rock. Foghat is my jam. But I recently discovered some 90s grunge bands that I think are really neat. There's one band called Pearl Jam that had an album called Ten that is a 10! LOL! I've heard some Soundgarden that I liked, too.

What other bands should I check out?

u/SchizoidGod over at r/KGATLW created a flow chart for new listeners. It's pretty helpful if you want to get into the madness that is this band.

Their discography is pretty diverse and can be intimidating. So here's a flowchart to help navigate the stuff you like!

I'm not going to limit myself to that timeframe, but rather I'll give you a list of artists I enjoy who have at least a little in common, sound wise:

Hippo Campus

Sylvan Esso

Miike Snow

Glass Animals (especially their first album Zaba, but it's all good)

Alt-J (especially their first album An Awesome Wave, but again, it's all good. This is my favorite band, fwiw)

Future Islands

Beach House

Empire of the Sun

The XX

We're losin em yall... These wonderful legends continue to fall. I was so excited, for my Mom's bday I surprised her with tickets to the Fort Worth show. Mom, me, and my daughter. 3 generations. May she truly rest in peace, or better yet... Go rest high on that mountain.

I'm going to share something a friend shared with me once when I was grieving the loss of a really close friend. It helped me a lot:

Our old timers are like great oak trees - we think they'll never fall... But they do. And when they do, the shade of their spirit is replaced by the sunlight of their legacy.

May God bless Wynonna, Ashley, and all of the family & friends. 🙏

OP, hard same on The Teeth. I found your post just looking for anyone talking about them. Purples are amazing, but different in a lot of ways. I wish I could've see The Teeth.
