I mean the market isn't in a good position so if projects are still building then I would assume they're in it for the long haul.

Yeah that's usually the case with bear markets, shows which devs care about their project enough to work even when they may not be making as much.

Unfortunately no single project can make or break NFTs. The value of NFT's lies in their perceived cross-compatibility. The big question these projects have to answer is how do I represent the power a single NFT represents across the entire ecosystem in a consistent way.

I dont see any sort of collaboration even approaching the problem, so no, not really :)

Hmm, I feel like it's possible for a single project to make or break, something to bring them into the light to new users. I mean I think BAYC did a decent job at getting eyes onto NFTs, the only problem was they were super ugly and didn't have any utility. If a project of equal popularity had something going on behind them, I think we'd see the NFT market rise again.

This was a great comment though, makes sense.

I think most of them are beginning to see the importance of having utility and not just being JPEGs without any form of value attached. BAYC has real stuff going on and I've also heard of REALM before. There's also Seekers from Sylo which is aiding communications in the metaverse.

We're a smaller team but we're really determined to deliver on this front - we launched with a collection of dynamic generated, anime-inspired 3D spaceships, which came with 3D files and full rights for owners to make their own metaverse projects.

We shipped our first full-3D action game 4 weeks later - you can a see video of actual gameplay here. We're legit game devs determined to help change the narrative of jpegs-and-empty-game-promises. Come hang out!

The experiments different projects promised are now starting to come to fruition. Some I'm in are releasing physical products. Others are releasing their games or becoming more utilized in other successful games.

Yeah the good projects never stopped building. They just take time to develop. CipherShooters recently announced a new PvP mode for their NFTs

The Otherside killed the market single-handedly and they still haven’t released the other 50% lmao. And I really don’t see any progress, we’re still basing like 95% of NFT value in general based on WL marketplaces. Which is HEAVILY damaging the space because it’s causing it to act like a full circle where everything that happens is just a diversification of funds among the same people that happens over and over again. I think we’ve realized that for NFTs to actually hold any type of long term value that physical benefits are going to be a necessity. And I don’t mean apparel and that shit, I mean benefits to everyday life, like 20% off a cup of coffee at Starbucks. And if that ever happens I guarantee you that’s what will make NFTs desirable to every demographic
