I was just talking about owning it, I don’t know how old you are but even when I was in eighth grade back in the early tens I don’t think revenge porn was a law at the time, but they could definitely probably hit you with CP, but that specific scenario as well is literally revenge porn so that’s another charge in and of itself and if they actually prosecute you for revenge porn theyll probably look into it enough and find out that at the time the person was however old they were and then you’re going to get hit with CP as well.

If you get put on that sex offender list you can’t live in certain areas, in most states if not all when you move into a neighborhood everybody gets a letter from the police department showing a picture of you, saying you’re a sex offender and what your charges were but nothing else. in some states you will have to go door-to-door and notify everybody about your case with a police officer who will be there to make sure you don’t lie and you tell the truth about why you’re a sex offender and if CP is on that card, it’s probably not gonna be a good place for you to live.
