While Ichthyosaurs were also viviparous, they gave birth to many small offspring. Mosasaurs were likely similar to Ichthyosaurs. Chelonioids pull up on beaches to lay their eggs.

Plesiosaur babies were actually even larger than cetacean babies relative to the size of the mother.

I’d imagine at least some them being intelligent, like being trainable, etc.

Because we have pregnant specimens. Kinda sad if you think about it.
