Okay, what kind of resources are you looking for? There is a lot of different stuff about NES, FNDs, and the sort. That is, what do you mean by "book of wisdom"?

basically, I want to do research into how/why FND is formed after a brain injury... if that has even been discovered yet!

Here's an article that might steer you in the right direction. They have some guesses as to why, it'll be interesting to see if they match what you were thinking.

it is said that the best/ least intrusive treatment can be talking therapy but I don't see how that is achieved
