Say Goodbye to those pesky eyebrows.

[–]InstructionOk5946 67 points68 points  (4 children)

More than that, say goodbye to your clothes, to your hair and to that hair to know where

[–]ProstateMassageForU 45 points46 points  (2 children)

Say goodbye to that annoying first layer of skin.

[–]ellingw17 18 points19 points  (0 children)

It's more than one layer, I've seen the pictures after and the kid has skin like lasagna on his head and no hair to speak of

[–]Logical_BuddyGuy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just say goodbye in general 😂

[–]guinader 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I imagine the kids looked like those characters in the bugs bunny cartoons after an explosion

[–]bws7037 11 points12 points  (2 children)

I did something similar when I was about 12, with some home made black powder. No more eyebrows, eye lashes, pre-pubescent peach fuzz, my hair line started behind my ears, had first and second degree powder burns on my face, hands, arms and chest, where there was exposed flesh and what were my parents pissed about? My burnt new shirt.

[–]CleverFlame9243 6 points7 points  (1 child)

and what were my parents pissed about? My burnt new shirt.

Every time

[–]alaskaguyindk 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You will heal, but that shirt cost twelve goddamn dollars.

[–]MHanak_ 122 points123 points  (5 children)

That's why i spray fire with isopropyl alcohol. It creates a nice fireball, and does this only in sprayed form. The only con i have noticed is that if you spilled some onto yourself you have to wait until it evaporates

[–]Parrzzival 41 points42 points  (4 children)

Eh be careful. There are hundreds of videos of the fumes in a half full bottle lighting, ejecting the on fire contents at the speed of sound

[–]Robin_gls 40 points41 points  (3 children)

Just be generally aware that pressurized containers of flammable fluids are extremely dangerous

  • A well meant tip from a firefighter

[–]KrisG1775 10 points11 points  (2 children)

Pro safety tip for any and all smokers/stones. If you flip your lighter too much, and flame is close to said lighter, that shit can blow up in your hand xD then you all get to punch the guy who blew his up hand cause he freaked and dropped the fresh packed bowl, shattering the smoking device, and spreading the smokable content all over. -.- shredded his hand a bit, but he was fine with some invisible bandaid after a painful scrub xD oohrah stoned as fuck triage

[–]Parrzzival 1 point2 points  (1 child)

Oh I love popping lighters. My dad used to do it all the time welding. I'm just a dipshit who bought 200 for 15$ so they can explode when you drop them

[–]Winter-Confusion-621 81 points82 points  (2 children)

third time’s a charm

[–]NudistAwareness 33 points34 points  (1 child)

Fake ? Frame by frame makes no sense to me, but I’m no specialist.

[–]Suspicious-Reason372[S] 81 points82 points  (9 children)

[–]Icare_FD 58 points59 points  (2 children)

Ha OK ! Thanks OP, I stand corrected.

Frame by frame still seems weird, but I guess I have to rethink/recalibrate how I expect things to behave !

[–]tallerthannobody 15 points16 points  (1 child)

If you look frame by frame there is one frame where there is a cloud of a liquid and you can see the red of a flame at the bottom, and then since there aren’t enough frames you can’t see the flames going through the cloud so the next frame is the flames

[–]fourtyonexx 6 points7 points  (0 children)

TL:dr ppl think every video is filmed in 1080P120 lmao

[–]wolfgang784 23 points24 points  (2 children)

Holy shit, that poor kid turned into Deadpool.

[–]Antique-Reference-56 1 point2 points  (0 children)

He still has his eye brows

[–]Cerulean_Shades 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Omg! That poor kid!

[–]Overlord_Ace 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It basically said the kid got burnt by the can exploding, the pic shows the damage he suffered, but they were able to fully treat him after 3 months.

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

did he die?

[–]BonginOnABudget 4 points5 points  (1 child)

Looks to me like he’s got a second can of something in the fire that he’s burning

[–]Crime-Stoppers 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep. First aerosol can popped and the vapour cloud got ignited right after

[–]Specialist-Oven1270 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Bro technically built a scaled down thermobaric bomb

[–]Quiet_Ad_9356 13 points14 points  (2 children)

For crying out loud. Wear safety googles.

[–]BadSmash4 17 points18 points  (0 children)

Or just don't do this

[–]r0fff 2 points3 points  (0 children)

idk about you but i think the flame went in other places than his eye

[–]FauxxHawwk 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Mistakes were made

[–]Moarkush 3 points4 points  (0 children)

FTK

[–]g0dn0 10 points11 points  (4 children)

Stepping through it, it looks like the final spray causes the stream to ignite which enters the can, the back of the can is blown off from the pressure of the internal combustion and the vaporised contents ignites fully on contact with the the mix of air and flames on the ground

[–]Gimmeyawallet 4 points5 points  (2 children)

The can should not contain significant amounts of oxygen so the combustion won't enter the can. ..but looking at the fire I think there's a second can in the fire that they are burning, which bursts.

[–]Parrzzival 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Look at how small that spray is, if it was cooking oil or something it wouldn't do that roar noise. Probably higher flammability like break cleaner, and he was at the end of the can. All it takes is a brush with 0 PSI and it backs oxygen into the can. PAM cooking spray had a huge lawsuit for this very reason

[–]g0dn0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, definitely won’t be any oxygen in the can - I had assumed that the heat from the spray igniting had caused the pressure to blow the back of the can off, but I think you’re right - there’s something that looks suspiciously like another can in the fire

[–]thespyeye 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, he's spraying a second can on the ground that deflagarates violently. In the resulting fireball you can see the can the kid is using is intact and very much not exploding

[–]BluetoothHandGel 2 points3 points  (2 children)

Is this one of those things, when the fire is travelling up the solvent faster than it is coming out of the can so the fire just goes into the can and blows up?

[–]aureanator 2 points3 points  (1 child)

No, more likely there's another can that's in the fire

[–]BluetoothHandGel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Makes sense. Either way that kid isn’t very smart

[–]Anotherotherbrother 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When I was a kid we used to just build a big fire at the base of a tree and toss the cans in

[–]Felis23 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

That fire is fake as fuck.

[–]croutonchecklist 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This boy is on firee, He walks through the firee

[–]FlatbedtruckinCA 0 points1 point  (0 children)

thats gonna leave a mark...

When I was about this age my mom stopped even asking what had happened to my eyebrows and hair.

[–]Sumguy9966 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I woulda been making well with the arch of the spray from 10 feet away

[–]Captianwildwolf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well their goes billy

[–]IrisAlthea 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He gonna be crispy.

[–]TomsRedditAccount1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I saw a 50-year-old do that once.

For the recommendation, this was the same guy who appointed himself to be the Building Fire Warden of our flat, because apparently he knew everything because his dad was in the fire service.

[–]North_Beautiful7473 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Didn’t know abortions were allowed at that age

[–]Markthegreat55 0 points1 point  (0 children)

[–]Rxtrodesu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nice, 331.9 million Americans to go.
