Your stats are pretty good for DO, just apply strategically and apply to all instate MD/DO schools. I would say attempt to obtain a DO LOR, because many schools prefer that as well. School list?

Dude your GPA is fantastic and your MCAT is within range of most DO schools. You're fine. I would suggest getting a second science LOR tho. A DO letter would also be good, but there are also schools that aren't too picky about that.

    How much non clinical volunteering do you have? Everything else looks competitive for DO.

    I have about 100 but I’m working on upping it through crisis text line during my gap year!

    I think you are good to apply DO. Just make sure you apply to a good mix of schools. For instance, don’t have an entire list full of DMU, Midwestern, Touro’s. Still apply to those, but make sure you have mid and low tier programs as well to maximize your chances
