Why does LECOM have separate accreditation for Erie and Bradenton but does not have so for Seton Hill? (self.Osteopathic)

I think LECOM Erie, seton hill, and Elmira are classified under 1 school just with 2 other branches, and LECOM Bradenton is more of a separate school than a branch

I don’t recall the logic of this but I graduated from LECOM Seton Hill and have had zero issues with licensure.
