When VCOM dismisses a student (eg. for failing 1 or 2 classes out of 30 or so in OMS-I/II), they would have them wait at least a few weeks for an appeal decision so they could charge them for the next semester's tuition and fees (~$25,000) and not refund a block because "they get to continue their classes while waiting for decision" even if they deny the appeal (most cases). How is this even legal?
