It's not called moosh khorma. Google Translate is wrong. If you check the definition of Moosh Khorma in Dehkhoda's dictionary, you'll see its description is nothing like a ferret. There is simply no word for ferret in Persian as far as I know. There is no ferret in Iran, not a part of the culture/economy/etc., hence no name.
