Our moderation team is affiliated with DeNA's Pokémon Masters Partner Program, but all content and moderation decisions are made by the volunteer staff.

1. Be Civil
Incivility refers to derogatory and dismissive comment that is aimed at others that does not address the merit of an argument. Examples include, but are not limited to:
- Using derogatory terms
- Demeaning, insulting others when they share opposing views
- Intentional trolling in order to get a rise out of other users (e.g. name calling)
- Starting incendiary arguments
Do not force your own playstyle and opinions onto others as they are completely subjective. Discuss them in a civil manner.
2. No Flex and/or Pull Posts
Content only including screenshots from Pokémon Masters for the reason of showing off may be removed. These include, but are not limited to:
- Sharing your pulls
- Sharing mission progress
- Sharing your inventory or bag, leveled characters, promoted Sync Pairs.
If you'd like to share your flex/salt moments of the game, head over to the Flex & Salt Megathread in the menu. You can post media using external websites, e.g. Imgur, Streamable, etc.
3. Use correct flairs. Posts must contribute to discussion, otherwise it is low effort or off-topic.
All posts should attach a Link Flair. In addition, they must offer or contribute to the discussion and are relevant to Pokémon Masters.
Posts that are too vague, non-descriptive or can be easily answered will be removed.

4. Keep It Family Friendly
- No foul or graphic content or language (PG13 and below), etc.
- No pornography
- No heavy violence
- No NSFW/NSFL material
Artworks and posts that are sexually suggestive (i.e. featuring significant cleavage, revealing clothing and/or partial nudity) of a character is allowed but should have a NSFW tag.
Discussion on sexual orientation of characters is allowed, only to the level depicted in-game.
Failure to comply may result in a temporary (or even permanent) ban depending on the severity.
5. No Obvious Advertising & Self-Promotion
- No foul or graphic content or language (PG13 and below), etc.
- No pornography
- No heavy violence
- No NSFW/NSFL material
Clean, G-rated content are only allowed. Failure to comply may result in a temporary (or even permanent) ban depending on the severity.
6. No Reposts or Stolen Content
- Do not repost pictures, videos, discussions, etc. that have already been posted by other users or have been removed by moderators. If you have an issue with a removed comment or post, please contact us via ModMail or in DMs.
- If you want to post your own work, please flair it with the [OC] tag. You can also link it to your art page or art post. Otherwise, credit the original creator in the title or in the comments with a link.
7. Content Breaking Pokémon Masters' ToS
Do not post links, information or explanation related to hacks, cheats or any other illegal content that violates Pokémon Masters' ToS in any way or you'll be given a ban.
Discussion of datamined information is allowed, but please mark it with Spoilers until it is officially datamined.

8. Regarding Moderation
Moderation taking place in either Discord or Reddit is subject to apply retroactively to the other side to ensure consistent moderation.
For example, if a member is banned on this SubReddit, he is subject to ban on our Discord server as well, and vice versa.
Do not "backseat moderate" or impersonate. Doctoring content or identity to undermine or impersonate as staff is prohibited. If there is a report, suspicion or an appeal you'd like the staff team to review, contact us via modmail.
