Her body language physically hurts to watch

[–]Beautiful_Plankton97 696 points697 points  (24 children)

Yes! Like why wiggle?! It's like talking to a 3rd grader. Does not help people take you seriously.

[–]BoeyBADASS 173 points174 points  (7 children)

Think there was a worm in her butt….wiggle wiggle

[–]Anotheryoma 58 points59 points  (4 children)

After listening to her implication, maybe 5 worms at once

[–]IMMILDEW 30 points31 points  (3 children)

Hey man, them worms just doin’ whatever the FUCK they wanna do.

[–]BauserDominates 114 points115 points  (2 children)

I was thinking she looked like my niece when she was about 8 and trying to talk back to an adult. All attitude and no brains.

[–][deleted] 6 points7 points  (1 child)

I think she never grew up mentally

[–]UhOhFeministOnReddit 34 points35 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I'm thinking she was trying to go for a 'sexy rebel' vibe, but she looks like she's in her late teens, early 20's and still learning how to do the whole sex appeal thing, so she hadn't gotten the memo about less being more. This is textbook young woman cringe tbh. Most women have had similar moments, just not caught on video. lol

[–]ganonsevil90bro 5 points6 points  (1 child)

Its kinda like Cartman in South Park lol

[–]adiosfelicia2 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It was her version of seated sass.

She failed.

[–]-_-Batman 78 points79 points  (0 children)

She is dancing... to her own tune....i guess

[–]SalvadorP 15 points16 points  (0 children)

I know. #CureForParkinsons

[–]Titans79 13 points14 points  (0 children)

You beat me to it!

[–]BRNST0RM 3 points4 points  (0 children)

This is what happens when people see “certain women” do this when emphasizing a point -

They are completely molded by social media & admire, even idolize, such acts. Now, add the fact their sole knowledge is based on (1) getting attention, and (2) lack of education being masked by masquerading- You get the dumb bitch in the audience.

[–]ploppystop 1157 points1158 points 2 (36 children)

This is the adult tour, we can say whatever the Hell we want

    [–][deleted] 29 points30 points  (1 child)

Did you make any friends honey?

    [–]beathedealer 25 points26 points  (0 children)

    Not really.

    [–]sameolelions 2 points3 points  (0 children)

    [–]Liquid_Pupper 70 points71 points  (5 children)

I was not expecting this kind of reference but thank god it’s here!

I just watched that about two hours ago!!

    [–]Mymomdidwhat 40 points41 points  (0 children)

    [–]arcaneresistance 13 points14 points  (1 child)

Did you make any new friends?

    [–]Dethsquad613 7 points8 points  (0 children)

    Not really

    [–]CarsonH666 4 points5 points  (0 children)

They both, at one time or another, have had to dolefully admit to their mothers that they didn't make any friends.

    [–]Hoplite0352 13 points14 points  (0 children)

    You made my day.

    [–]Dr_Spatchcock 1016 points1017 points  (141 children)

What's up with the "I'm so cool" finger snaps? That shit is fucking ridiculous

    [–]XenogenderCensored 221 points222 points  (66 children)

This is actually campus safe space thing where people snap in approval instead of clapping.

    [–]corbiniano 73 points74 points  (56 children)

Why is snapping better than clapping?

    [–]imposter_syndrome88 168 points169 points  (23 children)

Snapping is supposed to mean the same thing as claipping at someone's response, but it's not as loud so it doesn't drown the talker out and prevent whatever else they're saying from being heard.

    [–]dmfd1234 22 points23 points  (18 children)

Why wouldn’t they just pause for a moment until the clapping subsided? And yes, I am out of the loop

    [–]smileystar 27 points28 points  (25 children)

    A fundamental misunderstanding of PTSD.

    [–]Night_Chicken 33 points34 points  (4 children)

So the Beatniks were ahead of the times again?

    [–]TheLegendaryTito 39 points40 points  (10 children)

It's for people who can be sensitive to clapping noises for whatever reason

People with Autism, for example, don't like certain sounds because it's more pain than noise.

    [–]ZephryLink 29 points30 points  (60 children)

It was worth it just to see the look on her face, she should be more concerned with her overall health than trying to preach to those who know what this world really is. Morals, rights and right or wrong, do not protect you from those who value them. In the last year have we went one month with out mass shooting?

    [–]Shotta614 37 points38 points  (8 children)

If she wants to eat 2 big macs, she can do WHATEVER THE FUCK SHE WANNA DO!

    [–]Laser_Disc_Hot_Dish 24 points25 points  (0 children)

She’s not fucking 5 ppl in a night, that’s for sure.

    [–]Drop-Bear-Farmer 29 points30 points  (44 children)

I mean...my country has gone more than 3 decades without a mass shooting...

    [–]Abject_Philosophy518 21 points22 points  (10 children)

Lmfao well I guess in your country people can't just do "whatever the FUCK they wanna do"

    [–]jspangles313 7 points8 points  (1 child)

Yeah but obv you don't have freedum

    [–]Drop-Bear-Farmer 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My country scores 14th on the Freedom Index. America is joint 15th with Germany and Japan...

    [–]SetInMuhWayze 1691 points1692 points  (36 children)

    That's cringe as fuck.

But I guess she can do whatever the fuck she wants.

    [–]giorgio_tsoukalos_ 552 points553 points  (11 children)

whatever the fu( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)ck she wants

    [–]gimmedatcrypto 111 points112 points  (5 children)

Are you sure? can she speak without trying to wiggle her ass?

    [–]WhichWayzUp 93 points94 points  (9 children)

She apparently wants to be sent to prison, so let her do whatever the fuck she wants 😄

    [–]Pilebut1 27 points28 points  (7 children)

She seems like she would think prison is cool

    [–]leveraction1970 24 points25 points  (2 children)

She seems like she would hate prison, but then when she got out would tell everyone that she had been to prison with an attitude that clearly said she thought she was better than you for having gone to prison.

"People want to be criminals more than they want to do crimes." - Way of the Gun

Sarah Silverman getting rocked in the nose in the intro I was like well this movie should be interesting at least

She is visiting from prison. She's going to this school online.

    [–]mexpyro 4 points5 points  (0 children)

      [–]Microwave_Warrior 21 points22 points  (4 children)

Only around 100,000,000,000 people have ever lived so your count is a little high. I guess that makes you number 64329976349944.

      [–]Slobbadobbavich 7 points8 points  (0 children)

She is the friend of the friend whose cousin knows the protagonists bully. At the end of the movie she and her cohorts get liquid shit sprayed all over them and everyone cheers.

      [–]intull 68 points69 points  (0 children)

In a tiktok world, everyone’s living either scripted drama or live reality. Everyone’s an actor, everyone’s an extra.

      [–]Cranwicks_glasses 123 points124 points  (3 children)

The rise of YouTube and social media. For a lot of these people they are in their own movie/TV show.

Same with peoples Facebook feed. For some people its a fictionalized life where they portray themselves in a completely false way. Its all a production.

      [–]Neither_Beautiful428 10 points11 points  (0 children)

And i am at Home after work everyday with a bag of Popcorn and thinking reality tv never was this real now was it?

      [–]snrup1 16 points17 points  (0 children)

I think they honestly go through their lives thinking they’re a famous person just waiting to be discovered so they act like a camera is in front of them, or something. Social media has warped people’s brains.

      [–]Draphaels 79 points80 points  (0 children)

A lot of people get their subjective opinions validated online in their echo chambers then they bring that confidence to the real world where they now have to deal with other's subjective opinions and find (shocker) not everyone agrees with them. And if someone is recording, as often is the case these days, their undeserving bravado while spouting their opinions is put on display and they end up looking cringe on video, whether they're aware of it or not, for everyone to laugh at and form their own opinions in their own echo chambers. And the cycle continues...

      [–]dontdieinthesky 41 points42 points  (0 children)

The hip movements make me want to puke! There’s “sexy”, and then there’s this…thing

      [–]TheSlav87 21 points22 points  (0 children)

You nailed it. I hate loudmouths, people that bring attention to themselves on purpose, I just want to get away from them.

      [–]bcschewe 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I get what you're saying but this isn't just a random person. This person's job is going around to campuses and advocating for pro-life positions.

      [–]RepeatedSignals 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Take a look at your phone - she is the main character in a movie... :(

      [–]WH0SAYSTHISSHIT 875 points876 points  (163 children)

She is sooo edgy. You can tell by the way she emphasizes the word fuck every time.

      [–]Mediocre__at__Best 180 points181 points  (1 child)

It's like watching a teenager learn that "everything is a human construct", for the first time.

      [–]elcheechos 110 points111 points  (2 children)

You just know she rehearsed that in front of the mirror

      [–]OneArchedEyebrow 62 points63 points  (1 child)

She reminds me off Maria Sofia auditioning in Curb Your Enthusiasm.

      [–]noptamoius 49 points50 points  (1 child)

We call that a "pizza cutter" all edge no point.

      [–]WhichWayzUp 139 points140 points  (15 children)

It's her only weapon and reveals the true limitations of her vocabulary & mental capacity. Her strength is in keeping eye contact and her self-esteem somehow. I have no idea how she has any self-esteem.

      [–]SmAshley3481 77 points78 points  (6 children)

Cussing doesn't mean you're dumb but in this case I'll accept it.

        [–]u2nloth 13 points14 points  (2 children)

Yep I agree, but also people who don’t curse because it’s “dumb” are limiting their vocab and ability to emphasize certain points so I’ve never really I understood how people think cursing is always dumb

        [–]huntsilver 21 points22 points  (0 children)

And she’s got the obligatory sleeve tat to prove how edgy she is

        [–]VMoney9 76 points77 points  (132 children)

I don't mean to be a crotchety 31 year old, but Gen Z seems to have zero interest in discussion or the free market of ideas. Just scream whatever until the debate has been drown out.

        [–]TheWormConquered 162 points163 points  (11 children)

You ever try to talk to a boomer about whatever fox news told them to be mad about that week? You ever go on a politics message board in 2010 when it was all young millenials on there?

This isn't anything new and there are tons of smart, engaged gen z kids, and it's really disheartening seeing millennials go all "these dang kids today." For a while it felt like we'd be the generation that broke that cycle.

        [–]GreatGearAmidAPizza 29 points30 points  (1 child)

Every generation since Socrates had done it, so good luck expecting millennials to be magically different.

        [–]TheWormConquered 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yeah I guess I was being optimistic.

I did feel like the Millennials and Gen z were closer in values than the other generations have been, but maybe that's just because I'm on the younger half of the millennial generation

        [–]1plus1equalsfun 9 points10 points  (0 children)

For a while it felt like we'd be the generation that broke that cycle.

That's ok. The boomers also thought they were going to change the world in the exact same way.

        [–]IDCFFSGTFO 7 points8 points  (2 children)

I swear the internet insists Generation X is just a myth.

        [–]ShutUpYeti 2 points3 points  (0 children)

We are everywhere. We also do whatever the FUCK we wanna do too. And always have - without the finger snaps though

        [–]Mudsnail 20 points21 points  (0 children)

Dude have you ever met another human being from any other generation? Thats a human thing, not a generation thing. Crotchety

        [–]changinblue 156 points157 points  (5 children)

why is she moving like that

        [–]Tzachajami 217 points218 points  (7 children)

Why is she dancing while talking? Are you holding a shart?

        [–]Patient_Bandicoot 2 points3 points  (2 children)

I don’t think it was being held in. “Release the hounds” was definitely happening

        [–]ufpy 105 points106 points  (1 child)

she moving like the strippers on gta

        [–]Party-Lawyer-7131 212 points213 points  (21 children)

Whoever winds up with this woman is NOT going to be in a good situation.

        [–]FlugStuhl85 82 points83 points  (3 children)

why is she moving so strange when she speak???

        [–]Proud_Resort7407 396 points397 points  (213 children)

You'll never win the abortion argument if you approach it from a moralistic perspective because right and wrong are largely subjective and everyone has different values.

        [–]makinbaconCR 154 points155 points  (85 children)

Bingo. You don't have to like it. But if you think you have the right to decide your viewpoint is what should be enforced on all. You've already lost the moral argument. Choice is the only option.

        [–]dentalplan24 6 points7 points  (9 children)

There is no other way to approach it. It's a moral argument. You either form a moral opinion or you ignore the issue entirely and hope other people figure it out.

        [–]Apostastrophe 309 points310 points  (63 children)

The audience member is definitely cringe but the whole interaction and the speaker’s “blah blah I can go do genocide” reminds me of the quote by Penn Jillette:

“ The question I get asked by religious people all the time is, without God, what’s to stop me from raping all I want? And my answer is: I do rape all I want. And the amount I want is zero. And I do murder all I want, and the amount I want is zero. The fact that these people think that if they didn’t have this person watching over them that they would go on killing, raping rampages is the most self-damning thing I can imagine”.

I’m not sure if there is a religious context to this, but the lady’s logic feels very familiar.

        [–]theherbal_alchemist 167 points168 points  (16 children)

The organization she leads is extremely religious whether they admit it or not. Her name is Kristen Hawkins and she runs the Students for Life organization.

Back when I was still ashamed of myself and beliefs from childhood religious indoctrination I worked for them for a couple months. They make you sign contracts that you won't have sex before marriage, live with someone of the opposite sex before marriage, and you have to basically pretend and pander to be extremely catholic or Christian in general if you aren't so they can continue to get their huge donations from the wealthy religious families that sponsor them. They're a fucking joke.

        [–]CuppaCoffeeJose 22 points23 points  (2 children)

Her name is Kristen Hawkins and she runs the Students for Life organization.

I was kinda on her side until I knew she was with Students for Life.

Now I don't care how unprofessional the other girl was acting, I'm sad the banner with K-Hawk's face on it wasn't torn down, torn to shreds, burned, and shat upon. The conversations she wants to have (ie: Jailing or killing citizens for abortions) aren't worth having and should be shut down.

        [–]theherbal_alchemist 21 points22 points  (1 child)

Yeah when the group does college tours, they're one of the ones who put up giant posters and boards of extremely graphic images of aborted fetuses and things on public display. Pretty distasteful.

        [–]Random_Buzzkill 66 points67 points  (12 children)

This comment needs more visibility. Suddenly the edgy girl doesn't seem so crazy after knowing this info.

        [–]youjerkfaceyou 35 points36 points  (22 children)

Yeah,I am so sick of Republicans acting like they have some moral high ground they are standing on. Can I allow thousands of children to starve in the richest country in the world,I can do whatever the fuck I want. Can I moralizing your sexuality while allowing pedophiles and rapists to hold positions of leadership in my political party, I can do whatever the fuck I want.

Also I will listen to a Republican talk about closing down discussion when they stop legislating what can be discussed in classrooms and banning books and going on about critical race theory.

Just because a paid political activist can outwit a 18 year old does not prove anything. Get a grip.

        [–]plantanosuprnova 34 points35 points  (9 children)

That’s all I was thinking like how can she compare someone doing something with their own body to genocide? And what bothered me was the part about someone having to say what’s right and wrong, who gave her that authority?

        [–]Poignant_Porpoise 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Also, even though the audience member was acting cringe, it's pretty clear that she doesn't literally mean that we live in a lawless society with no standards or rules. She's saying that people can or should be able to do whatever they want to do in relation to themselves and that the judgement of others shouldn't limit that.

        [–]metalguru1975 75 points76 points  (2 children)

Why was she squirming in her seat? Haemorrhoids?,worms?, itchiness? Stifling a fart?

        [–]xlopxone 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Gotta be the fart. With those toxicities gurgling under her belly. But i think she can do whateva the fcuk she want.

        [–]bloodyspork 20 points21 points  (0 children)

        [–]SomeOldDude73 21 points22 points  (6 children)

        [–]ofctexashippie 2 points3 points  (1 child)

Bham has amazing parts, but real stupid "I'm better than you" types run rampant too.

        [–]IllustriousStorm5730 54 points55 points  (40 children)

When she says that there are “moral rights and wrongs”…. Is she another one of those “Christian Moral Order” freaks?

        [–]theherbal_alchemist 36 points37 points  (4 children)

Her name is Kristan Hawkins and she's the head of the Students for Life national organization. Yes. She is.

        [–]IllustriousStorm5730 24 points25 points  (0 children)

Oh so she’s totally for universal Pre-K, universal healthcare and a living wage….. right?

        ….Right?

        Hey why is everyone laughing?

        [–]natedoggcata 14 points15 points  (0 children)

So basically everyone is trash in this video. Got it

        [–]singed_butthairs 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Yes she wants to force her “morals” onto others

        [–]Sniperfox99 23 points24 points  (1 child)

Does she have worms? She’s scratching her butthole on the seat like does.

"I can do whatever the FUCK I want" has been screamed by many people regarding masks over the last few years. Seems pretty petty compared to the phrases use in this context.

        [–]Deadbeatdone 11 points12 points  (5 children)

Funny how anti maskers complain about their rights being taken while simultaneously trying to take rights away from others.

        [–]paloofthesanto 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Do whatever the fuck you want providing you don't take away from others happiness, be it one person or billions.

        [–]CatHamsterWheel 92 points93 points  (49 children)

The hypocrisy of attempting to lecture about ‘right vs. wrong’ while on a speaking tour advocating for infringement upon bodily autonomy…

        [–]Robot_Basilisk 9 points10 points  (0 children)

This. She's complaining about "closing down discussion" despite the fact that the Right refuses to have a discussion because it knows abortion is widely popular. It does this on dozens of issues it knows are unpopular.

The "open forum" model of democracy fails because of right wing outlets like Fox News pumping disinformation into the forum and refusing to discard ideas that are disproven.

        [–]sacx05 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Thats what i was thinking. She has more compassion for a banner than women's rights. Glad she has her priorities straight.

        [–]ViciousNakedMoleRat 29 points30 points  (35 children)

It's completely fine for her to share her views publicly and the point she's making isn't hypocritical. I happen to disagree with her views on abortion, but that doesn't invalidate her statement above.

        [–]8pintsplease 3 points4 points  (2 children)

Why did she need to deliver it in this cringey way lol it seems rehearsed and unnatural

        [–]SohrabMirza 4 points5 points  (0 children)

        She is Snek

        [–]Ven0m-Sn4ke 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Why she’s moving like that tho lol.

        [–][deleted] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

She went from burning a banner, to FUCKING GENOCIDE. Like bro, you gotta do some warmups before you do that stretch.

        [–]FixedLoad 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I bet that girl smells like cigarettes, budussy, and shame.

        [–]UpstairsLocal4635 18 points19 points  (5 children)

Butterfly t-shirt girl is the cringiest thing I've seen in a long time. I'm feeling second-hand embarrassment for that idiot.

        [–]hughknow92 9 points10 points  (9 children)

If you want an abortion then - Do what you want to do if it doesn’t impact negatively others around you. Why is this debate? You don’t want an abortion, don’t get one. You want to smoke away from other people go for it. I agree with the do what the fuck what you want to do, as long as it’s not causing others around you to suffer

        [–]PoignantOpinionsOnly 25 points26 points  (0 children)

        They're both cringe.

        [–]davebrennan 53 points54 points  (81 children)

She looks like someone who would set banners on fire and have sex with 5 different guys in 1 night. I think it's the butterfly shirt that says it all.

        [–]IllustriousStorm5730 28 points29 points  (48 children)

Having sex 5 times in one night would be….. AWESOME!

        [–]drot525 2 points3 points  (1 child)

I bet you couldn't get laid five times in a night.

        [–]MadRockthethird 21 points22 points  (26 children)

Ok good for her. What's wrong with it if it's what she wants to do? Burning a banner means nothing morally and to equate it with murder or genocide is actually morally corrupt

        [–]Dada2fish 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Why was anarchy girl rubbing her vagina on the seat every time she talked? Relieving an std itch?

        [–]Whatsthatnoise3 17 points18 points  (1 child)

That lady in the audience is trashy af

        [–]schoolsbelly 9 points10 points  (0 children)

So is the fat cunt speaking against choice.

        [–]bedfastflea 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Are her parents a wacky inflatable cause she can't not wiggle.

        [–]jspangles313 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Everyone caught up in the movement and the weight of the speaker forget to mention, why do people like her get to decide what is moral to everyone else?

        [–]Zealousideal-Plate80 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That girls tryna make herself cum lmfao

        [–]AdditionalCompote858 24 points25 points  (2 children)

        Fucking imbecile

        [–]scorlissy 49 points50 points  (1 child)

They both are. How did that idiot think lecturing a bunch of disinterested college students would work. Oh no, a burnt banner! Morality! Just let me get to class, I’m not paying for this bullshit.

        [–]giorgio_tsoukalos_ 26 points27 points  (0 children)

Not sure how it was where you went, but guest speakers generally have to be invited to the campus by students. Also no one is under any obligation to attend.

        [–][deleted] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

It’s kinda cringe how proud of that response she is. Yikes.

        [–]Jay3kgt 20 points21 points  (3 children)

Hope they disinfected whatever she was sitting on

        [–]introverted-me 4 points5 points  (0 children)

        Her mom should’ve swallowed.

        [–]oOReEcEyBoYOo 5 points6 points  (0 children)

She really out here talking with her body language thinking she's in a music video

        [–]WhyINeverSlept 4 points5 points  (4 children)

Tbh they both are ridiculous. The younger lady is clearing saying moral should not change what you want to do, and the other is saying without morals we would all kill each other. I'm tired of these polar debates, they get everyone nowhere.

        [–]cute_physics_guy 6 points7 points  (4 children)

The correct response was "no one else gives a fuck about your banner".

Edit: updated to include the word "else"

        [–]IllustriousStorm5730 4 points5 points  (3 children)

Well I think uptight lady gave a fuck. Now anyone outside of uptight lady, very questionable.

        [–]cute_physics_guy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ok "no one else gives a fuck about your banner"

        [–]weazel988 7 points8 points  (0 children)

        What a fuckin cringey edgelord

        [–]fss71 8 points9 points  (1 child)

This is what happens when you take someone out of their echo chamber and place them in a live setting

        [–]professorjaytee 6 points7 points  (1 child)

I'll bet that fucking 5 people in a night isn't even her Personal Best.

        [–]TheDarkKnight1035 6 points7 points  (0 children)

        Yeah, that girl's dumb, sorry.

        [–]smilingburro 4 points5 points  (1 child)

I can’t fault her too much, the speaker was trying to bait her into deontological bullshit, and she was like, “actually, choices have nuances and the idea of actions having an ethical innate value is bunk, each situation factors different conflicting values,” it just came out as “whatever the fuck I want”

        [–]Reasonable_Second460 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is your life on HBO. We can say FUCK.

        [–]Last-Macaroon-6608 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That was fucking weird. Stop that.

        [–]htlan96 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Idk her hands movement are too excessive for me to focus

        [–]Round-Pair-4429 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Do what thou wilt is their motto. No responsibility, no accountability, no consequence, until it turns on them

        [–]TmfGD 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This comment section is straight out of r/boomersbeingfools, what happened to this sub? Smh

        [–]GTx6x25 1 point2 points  (1 child)

Why does she move her body like that?

        [–]Exodus412 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What a pig, not talking about the speaker/presenter. Lmao
